Bought a 2019 Ford Escape on Christmas Eve 2025 for my son as a Christmas present. Was told it had a "clean bill of health." Literally two weeks later the car stopped WHILE driving. We were able to the car to restart but it was making a strange noise. On the way to mechanic, the car died on the freeway. Never turned back on. Had to have it towed. Mechanic inspected it and it needs a new transmission. When I called to inform the business and ask for the carfax report Ed answered and said "oh that's weird." That was the extent to his response. I was sold a car with a bad transmission. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed it was running hard and they said they would have their mechanic fix any issues and I could pick the car up the next day. Upon picking up the vehicle, they said it was "just low on gas." My mechanic verified that driving the vehicle for less than 300 miles would not cause the transmission fluid to be burnt and completely black. I was also told I couldn't take the car off the lot to have a full point inspection and Ed lied to my mechanic and said that wasn't true. I tried to explain to Ed my situation and he was very unprofessional. I requested a phone call from the owner of the company to explain to him my situation and concerns and he refused to pass my phone number to him because he said he's too busy running 3 car dealerships. SCAMMERS!!!!!! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dump. read more

Do not recommend this place. Tried doing business with Ed Davis and did not have a good experience, very unprofessional. We agreed on a price through messenger and he denied it when I was already there, even though I have it in the messages and have screenshots of our entire conversation. He was also rude and clearly got frustrated when I was inspecting the car, which is my right to do if I'm going to be paying for it. I obviously decided not to give him/this business my money. Ed then blocked me on facebook afterwards to prevent me from leaving a review on his personal page lol Car was also overpriced (thousands more than what it's worth) and had cosmetic damage that was not disclosed in the original post. The damage looked like it was colored in with sharpie. Waste of my time. I highly highly recommend going elsewhere or buying from a private seller. read more

DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. I bought a 2011 Hyundai and after 6 weeks the car broke down with an evaluation of an internal oil leak from a cylinder head crack. I've only put 1500 miles on it. I asked the dealer to take it back or provide another comparable car. He denied any responsibility and argued with me on the phone. He said he cannot guarantee what happens to a used car after it leaves his lot. I waived the warranty. I understand that to a certain extent, but to have this significant engine damage only 6 weeks after purchase and 1500 miles, I would say that this car quality was misrepresented and sold me a lemon. When I met with the dealer, I explained that I needed a car for my daughter who will be going to college and I need a reliable car to get her through the next four years. He verbally guaranteed that this car would live up to that. He said that the car did not have any significant engine problems. Now what, I have to hire an attorney and spend time I don't have to remedy this. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!! These guys sold me a car described as "clean and good running" that I owned less than 13 hours and less than 40 miles before the engine light came on showing 2 transmission codes that WILL cause catastrophic failure and are refusing to take the car back or take care of the repairs. I have 3 different repair shops as well as a dealership telling me that they most likely cleared all the engine codes in order to smog and sell the car. Another repair shop that inspected it also showed 2 seperated tires and that the engine bay was pressure washed to hide a faulty oil cooler and leaking valve cover gaskets on top of the transmission codes. The transmission fluid is new but all other fluids are old, so that tells me they did something to it to make it pass smog. Also speaking with a representative of the BAR the car had previously failed the smog check a few days prior to passing for the engine light being on. The owner is unreal. I had to leave a store because i had people turning to stare at me because he was yelling so loud into the phone. Repeatedly calling me entitled, insulting me, comparing his car lot to a "garage sale" and my car as a "refrigerator" saying that he would refuse to call someone about a faulty product he bought from anyone. He also mentioned that he buys his cars from out of state because "they are better taken care of". It would be nice if they actually took into consideration that people are not made of money, and it takes many months of saving enough money to even be able to look for a car, BUT THEY DONT!!. They do a really good job of making you feel comfortable and putting you at ease and an even better job of building your confidence in buying a vehicle. Don't be fooled by these guys. If you have read this far please please PLEASE do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache, headache, time and money. read more
