They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. There may have been one year that I needed to call them back for a respray, but other than that one time, it has been wonderful! I will continue to use them till the end of time. They guarantee for 24 hours and they came out again no charge. They suggested I talk to my neighbors to see if they would consider the service to just keep them from running from property to property. I did talk to them so we will see if they will call them. I also learned a lot about these squirrels, one they are not native to California someone brought them here at some time. Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend High Desert Wildlife for any removal of wildlife! Great people!

Efren from Wrangler Pest Control was one of the first to get back to us on Yelp, and we set up a time for him to come take a look. Right from the start, the guy impressed us. He showed up early (which almost never happens with service people), explained everything clearly, gave us a fair price compared to the others who quoted, and just had this calm, patient vibe that put us at ease. No high-pressure sales stuff and he actually took the time to walk us through what he was seeing and gave us some solid tips on keeping mice out for good. We went ahead and hired him on the spot. He set up traps, sealed entry points, and we cleaned up what was there. Thought we were done... until a few days later when a couple more droppings popped up. Frustrating, but Efren had already told us he stands behind his work with a warranty. Called him, and he was back out super quick with no hassle, no extra charge, just fixed the issue. Honestly, my wife and I feel like we picked the right person for the job. Efren's efficient, trustworthy, and actually cares about getting it right.
