Google took me to an office on Engle Road that had the Tenpenny name on the door, but was obviously closed. I called the number on the door, and ended up leaving 2 separate voicemails without a callback in a 20 min period. ( No sign on the door reflecting the practice had moved). Discouraged, I headed home. I received a voicemail later from a different number that I had missed my appointment. The Tenpenny INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL office is actually located in the back of the building. Apparently I am the first person to ever have this problem, but putting this out there for the rest of you. For months I've suffered with increasingly sharp & disruptive shoulder and neck pain; i was losing sleep, suffering all day & night; i honestly thought i was going to need surgery, or at least expensive Dr visits, and expensive physical therapy... Dr Anna and the whole staff here have taken all the time necessary to inform me, describe their diagnosis, & explain to me their recommendations. Filed a complaint with the BBB. The company lied. I spoke with an attorney, and my next course of action will be taking them to small claims court to recoup the money they stole.

After an examination the doctor explained the results and what the treatments would involve. I received my first treatment on the initial visit. To my surprise I had a considerable reduction after first treatment. After one month of treatments( 2 or3 a week) I would say i was 80% better.
