Google took me to an office on Engle Road that had the Tenpenny name on the door, but was obviously closed. I called the number on the door, and ended up leaving 2 separate voicemails without a callback in a 20 min period. ( No sign on the door reflecting the practice had moved). Discouraged, I headed home. I received a voicemail later from a different number that I had missed my appointment. The Tenpenny INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL office is actually located in the back of the building. Apparently I am the first person to ever have this problem, but putting this out there for the rest of you. Filed a complaint with the BBB. The company lied. I spoke with an attorney, and my next course of action will be taking them to small claims court to recoup the money they stole.
