I came here because they were the closest travel clinic, and I needed some immunizations before traveling to Asia. Every step of the way has been difficult, from checking in to filling out paperwork to getting recommendations for the proper immunizations. Getting Patient First to submit my information to my insurance company was a nightmare, and took at least five phone calls. If you can go to any other travel clinic, I highly recommend it. This must be the worst.

Misdiagnosed Sjogren's Syndrome in ten seconds with a dismissive "allergies are bad this time of year" and left without any pleasantries (nice to meet you, hope to see you back, thanks for stopping in, etc). Also, the carpets inside are all stained and the entire place feels a bit dirty and unkempt.

I have been a patient of SWFP for about 16 years, with Dr Christopher Dolega as my primary care…read more There have been a few times (due to insurance or job changes) that I've had to see other doctors and I can't even tell you how happy I was to be able to come back to SWFP. The first thing that impresses me is that I never have to wait. I hear other people talk about waiting for 30, 60 minutes to see their doctor on their appointment. SWFP runs in such a way that NEVER happens. I check in, sit down in the waiting area, pick up a magazine... and within minutes I'm being called back. Once in the room, the excellent nursing staff weighs you, asks why you're in, checks your vitals, etc then leaves you. The doctor usually arrives within 5 minutes. I've had to see other doctors within the practice and with the exception of one (message me if you really want to know), they are all wonderful. Getting an appointment is never an issue- they have limited evening and Saturday hours which is very helpful. But I will take a minute and sing the praises of Dr Dolega. He is so kind, easy to talk to, laid back, knowledgeable and comforting. He treats much of my family now and always asks how Mom or whoever is. I also see him for my gynecological visits and I am very much at ease during these visits. I cannot rave enough about Dr Dolega and I am so glad to have such a wonderful resource near home.

AVOID!! I missed a couple appointments with Kelly, appointments for which I did not call in to…read morecancel. I understand that it was my responsibility. It was something that should be done- common courtesy. I take full responsibility for that. But things happen. There are reasons, but I'll make no excuses. Soon after I received a letter telling me if I didn't reschedule with their office I could no longer seek medical services from The Ohio Medical Group, assuming this would only apply to his office and the handful of other doctors located at the same small facility in Olmsted Falls. I didn't particularly care for this doctor's bedside manner on previous visits and never planned to return to his practice, so I simply ignored the letter and eventually sought another primary care provider. I soon learned this minor slight against Kelly would severely limit my ability to seek adequate healthcare. I AM NOW BANNED FROM SEEKING THE CARE OF ANY DOCTOR IN THE OHIO MEDICAL GROUP because of this minor infraction. The Ohio Medical group is a huge organisation that comprises a very large portion of medical practitioners in this community. Almost every doctor's office I contacted through my insurance has now told me they can't accept me as a patient because of this man, and that organisations irrational policies. Other than the mistakes I mentioned there were no other infractions or difficulties. I was, and I am always polite and respectful. Should each of them wield so much individual power? My ability to seek adequate healthcare is extremely limited now, so take this as a cautionary tale. I have nothing for disdain for the vindictive way I was treated and am strongly considering pursuing this further through TOMC chain of command whatever good that will do. Treat people like human beings. We are flawed. We make mistakes. And maybe, just maybe, a patient's well being should take precedence over time, money, and one man's (or one woman's) inflated sense of importance.

He also provides education to patients so can live full life without medical treatments. I have gone through what I believe unecessary procedures through traditional medicine for years that are financially, physically and emotionally draining. Dr. Weeks was able to help and cure my issues within months and I was able to stop taking medications. If only I was led to Dr. Weeks sooner I could have avoided so many issues going the traditonal route that caused financial hardship and made me even more sick. I know a good doctor when I find one, as my father was a general practitioner , one of the founders of Hillcrest Hospital , and practice till he was 92 years old ! Dr Weeks has addressed a few issues that other doctors I have gone to have ignored let alone taken care of. It sounded like her first day on the job, the basic questions I had she seemed like she was making things up as she went. Very unprofessional, she probably said "UMM" 50 times during the call, extremely loud, I had to turn my phone down to spare my ear drum. I was very turned off by this girl. Turns out they dont accept my insurance (per Cat or Kate?) And I wanted to discuss with my husband before i commited paying out of pocket so i didnt end up making the the appt. I just wish they had better customer service.
