I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

On the day of our party, his phone was off and non-responsive. I even called Yessenia, Who did pick up and told me that he always shows up. He never showed up. When I asked for a refund, she never responded. Do not recommend. It was pretty disappointing that we had to scramble to find another vendor one hour before the party and lost $140.
