The day of our daughter party the delivery team came and setup everything quickly and were very friendly. The water slide /jumper princess combo was clean, and in great shape , they added pads at the pool area since the jumper was on half grass and sidewalk and made sure everything was working and secured before leaving and answered our questions regarding the water slide and etc. It was hit with the kids and teens at the party. Pick up time came and they were on-time and quick to take it down and load it, they were a very sweet family too! i've used different company's over the last 17 years and by far this has been the best. I plan to use Jump O'Rama again for my future events and have recommend it to my family and friends as well! My wife called the business the day after she made a reservation for a bounce house to change the reservation from 3 days to 2 days instead. As she was hanging up, the person on the phone said "Thanks for wasting my time." This is the same person I also talked to when we made our initial reservation who sternly told me to "LISTEN" as I had a bit of trouble navigating on the website with her bad directions. I let that one go and complied with her, perhaps she was having a bad day, but blatantly saying my wife wasted her time for modifying a reservation? Unbelievable. Since the business has great reviews, I believe this is an issue with the person we spoke to. I'm really upset. Rented a water slide and the kids were getting scraped up and hurt by it. I called the day I had the slide to see if I could get someone out and report that all my kids were getting hurt. No answer because it was the 4th. Talked to the very nice delivery and pick up man and he said could of been the slide didn't get to dry out enough for Velcro to stick because it's been rented out constantly due to 4th of July parties. Get a call back and was told I probably had too many kids on the slide and needed to just fix the slide. Instead of being very apologetic she was defensive and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Rented in the past didn't have a problem but after this I will never rent from them again. So if the slide is defective and your kids get hurt don't expect them to do anything about it. read more
