Jacque answered the phone with such a cheerful and energetic voice! She was thrilled to help me with my special order and made suggestions when I told her the occasion and colors. Then I asked her about the shop and she told me that her grandfather started the business in 1930 with its original location in the Lord Baltimore Hotel. A third generation Florist, Jacque is an award winning floral designer and I felt like I was receiving concierge service for a flower order!! There was an issue with delivery, too, and when I called to get it straightened out, the lady who answered the phone was rude to me and said she would just contact the person I was delivering flowers to. The worst customer service experiences in a long time…read more I placed a Valentine's Day order in late January (January 29th to be exact) requesting a morning delivery. Well today was Valentine's day and no morning delivery, no call, no text message or no email. I call the number asking for an approximate time for delivery around 12pm. The voice mail said they were busy but they check messages periodically, so I left a message. I know today is a busy day for florist so I extend grace. At 2:30pm no call, no text messageand no email so I call again left a message and also a text message. At 3pm I get in my car and drive 30mins to their stop arriving around 3:35pm. I speak to who I think was the owner and he apologizes and tells me the order should be at my house before I get back home. He also makes an attempt to smooth things over by offering a free small boxes of chocolates and some rose petals. I get home after making a stop around 4:45pm and still no delivery. I call again and text still no answer . At around 6pm I get a knock at the door and ot is the flower delivery person. I said to the delivery person I asked for a morning delivery and their response was I'm not sure why they committed to morning delivery. They hand me the flowers and I said the arrangement I ordered had butterflies and asked where is the arrangement I ordered. The delivery person then says this is what they gave me so I told the delivery person that is not what I paid for so I rejected the delivery. I'm not mad at the delivery person just annoyed over the entire situation at this point. Now put a pin in that, the delivery person then calls my wife (not sure why they did not call me as the sender) and tells her they are going to refund me for the flower but not the butterflies. My wife is not upset or even annoyed she just politely tells the delivery person to call me and address it with me. The delivery person then says to my wife that your husband will have to just be in his feelings. Now at this point my wife is annoyed because she is the person receiving the flowers and the comment was completely unnecessary. After my wife told me about the exchange I drove back to the flower shop to return the candy and the rose petals and told the owner at this point I'm done. I was not rude not cursing or fussing just done. I made it clear I will be posting a reviews online of my experience. I want to give grace but if you can't meet delivery request an email or a text message to giving me a choice would have been appreciated. I even appreciate the attempt to make it right, however the experience my wife had with the delivery person I was done, my grace is gone. The shop needs to work on their customer service experience. If I could provide a zero rating I would have. Based on this experience I would not recommend this florist shop.

I found Marlow, McCrystle & Jones online and gave them a call because of their great reviews. The woman I spoke was so nice and so helpful. I wanted sunflowers and she told she would add some orange flowers and some greenery. The arrangement was so much more than that! In addition to the sunflowers and greenery, she added 5 other types of flowers that were perfect with the sunflowers and the greenery. It was beautiful and my daughter LOVED it! The bud vases that lined my Reception tables were gorgeous! I was blown away and so glad I didn't create the bud vases myself. The fresh flowers they selected were in line with my rustic-chic feel. They have very competitive pricing. I didn't see pictures of the flowers beforehand or pick them from a photo book, just a description of what was going to be included. Maybe because I already had an idea of what I wanted. But being the experienced florists they were, JJ Cummings was able to envision what I had in mind before I even knew it! I opted to pick up all my flowers the day before. Just make sure you have a LOT of fridge space if you do bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages.

It is right around the corner from the church and the funeral home. They did a great job with the flowers, and even sent us a picture! Petals 'n Posies has an $8 delivery fee, which is totally reasonable - especially for a large funeral arrangement. Our price point was high (around $200) and they sent a gorgeous arrangement that went to the funeral home, to the church, and finally, the graveside service. They did a wonderful job, and I would definitely recommend for any/all needs in the area.

I went in, shared my budget, and a nice lady quickly put something together that was beautiful. It was a watering can filled with tulips. She went out of her way to make sure it was packed well and made sure I had a card. In the store there were many silk arrangements. My only wish is that there were more fresh options, but she did share she got wiped out by Mother's Day. It's practically across the street and I will be back!
