I mean, not only is she talented but she knows how to work when dealing with a "crisis". My wedding day consisted of me and my bridal party running late to the church and hardly enough time for a photo session with the wedding party at a picturesque location so we weren't able to get all the pictures I would have liked but she worked with what time and location we did have and put it to good use!! It just amazes me that she was able to capture some special moments within seconds! We had some incredible shots we are sure to enjoy for a lifetime. The photoshoot went well, my only 2…read morecomplaints would be her nearly calling my baby's father the nickname that I call him (which I already had told her that was a name I only called my man; luckily it was the end of she shoot but it was just weird) & the whole time we were taking the photos she was admiring my outfits but her admiration became very distracting because she kept wanting to know where I got the clothes and could she borrow them to put them on her models for her next week photoshoot (once again this was very unprofessional, these photos are my maternity pictures. I would rather no one else just put my outfits on and take the exact photos). After the photos, I asked when would I be able to see them and she said "I will show them on my website tomorrow (july 20th)" agreed on 7pm so that the father of my child could view them also. @ 7:30 I hadn't heard from her and proceeded to text her asking if the photos were being viewed , finally around 8pm she got onto the viewing app and began to mention "I lost my keys and that's what was taking me so long blah blah blah excuses excuses" at this point I just wanted to see my photos. So being that this is my first baby I was so excited, so excited that I invited my mom, sister-in-law, sister and father of my child to the viewing app. OMG this was the worst way for someone to view there photos. On this app she talked while viewing, rushed me thru picking my photos, I didnt get to see every photo she had taken (which baby father mentioned after the viewing he noticed), but also she muted my mother from talking and rudely said "krishonda this isn't about everybody else, you need to just pick the photos you like , I didnt expect to be on the viewing this long". (Fyi the talking amongst the family was very professional, one at a time and not a commotion on the viewing app but I guess kyiera was annoyed) It took every bone in my body to not get unprofessional with this rude ass girl but I kept it professional simply because I still was a customer needing good quality editing on my photos. (I paid her $85 by cash @ the beach for the travel and an extra $50 for 2 photos I wanted outside of the 12 that came with the package) I notified kyiera I needed my photos by the beginning of august so that I could send my invitations out for my baby shower at the end of August (13 days =about 2 weeks after my photoshoot). She notified me that being that I took photos near the water that it would take a extra week to edit so she wanted me to pick about 4 photos she could edit to send to me by August 1st. I got the 4 edited photos by July 30th. (Fyi texting her is pure hell because It would take me to text her 2 to 3 times the same message for her to respond). I figured it would be another week before I got my other photos so i didnt feel i had to let her know i was going to show the rest of my photos she edited @ my baby shower. She never contacts her customers, you have to stay contacting her although you paid her for a job. I contacted her august 22nd and the 24th (34 days = a little over a month) about my other photos , were they done being edited and that I needed them by the 31st for my baby shower. (Fyi she told me on the video app showing that all photos would be done being edited by august 17th). I finally got a response on the 25th that I would have them for my baby shower. By 1pm on the day of my baby shower (august 31st) I finally got the rest of the photos but by 2pm (with all the running around I was doing for my baby shower) notified kyiera that I had some photos she sent to me that were not ones that I picked to be bought and that I would screenshot her the wrong ones and right ones when I had time which was September 1st. I didn't get a response til September 2nd. We talked on the phone (finally) but the only thing kyiera could say was "never in her 3 years had she sent the wrong photos to anyone else" but I let her know I guess I was the first. She got quiet for 2 min and then proceeded on by saying "I'll fix the 2 photos and will send them to you by next week". I contacted her September 16, 19, 24 ,25, 28 october 11th. Today it is october 24 th, I've had my baby but still no photos and cant get a response from kyiera. I paid this women $585 no hesitation because i believed she would deliver her best work on time but all I've gotten is Unprofessionalism Tardiness And completely ignored. Beware, I wouldn't want anyone or any pregnant women to be stressed out and dealing with this. Kyiera these are memories people cant get back, grow up.

My 4-5 hour wedding in 32-degree-weather translated to over 600 high-quality, aesthetic pictures that I go through again-and-again, marveling at how both the daytime and nighttime lighting in our outdoor wedding pics looks perfectly magical.
