After endless phone calls to try to get an accurate picture of her care in the hospital and later rehab -- I am so grateful to have found Ms. Khalsa. She was able to visit - see the conditions of care, check the medications - fix the problems (missing pain medication, new problems with edema.) She provided recommendations and helped me to reach an "end game" to get my Mom back to her assisted living apartment. Today she is thriving and living independently. Healthcare Whisperer - provided me the comfort to know my Mother has an knowledgable advocate. Example: He came to draw blood. I had a midline and he had a hard time finding a vein and getting the needle in...I suggested that if he could get blood from the midline since I was disconnected from my meds bag. He said 'yeah that's a good idea." Also seemed quite disorganized as well as not familiar with midlines and how they connect/ parts etc.
