One of the cleaning women took a butter knife out of my kitchen Rack I kid you not and used it to clean the grooves out in my dishwasher how professional is that? I have cameras in my home and watched this. Also I was told they speak very well English the one woman did needs it not speak English at all the woman that did did not understand what I was trying to tell her , when I voice to them after giving a large amount of money and I even was kind enough to give a tip I told her the house wasn't cleaned as I was told it was supposed to be deep cleaning !!! And she turned around and said well the house is old, when I touch the towel rack it Falls, that's no excuse they should have told their boss before proceeding on the Cleaning. They rushed out and not even two and a half hours with $380 with a tip. And they Cleaned 1 tiny kitchen and 1 bathroom the rest of the house was off limits due to disabled people that occupy the rooms they did not care because the home was old. So I called the BBB and Monmouth County Community Affairs. The Owner didn't seem to care. Maybe people will read before they call this agency . Not even using their own cleaning supplies they used my Lysol peroxide as well as my bucket to mop and also my paper towels so I want professional for that amount of money. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THE OWNER WILL NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! GOOD LUCK !
