Good response time when emailing back and forth but that was the highlight. We basically had to reclean much of what was cleaned. Cleaners seems inexperienced and poorly trained. Given the price, I would have expected much much more. I cannot recommend this cleaning company. read more

Do you know how hard it is to find a cleaning company for Labor day? Looking for an apartment was actually much easier. I had assumed that the apartment management would at least swipe the apt. I hired Spring Lake Maids for a deep clean, and in hopes of having them come every other week after that. It didn't work out as I hoped. I take full responsibility for not being clear what my expectation of what a deep clean is and not asking what it entailed. I have to say the owner is very quick to respond, the girls were very pleasant but did not do a good job. I contacted the owner right away and he offered to have the girls come back and clean the areas that were not cleaned. I did decline because I was not able to leave work again and to be honest I just didn't have it in me to micro manage. The owner apologized and said that sometimes the first time can be overwhelming, my house is not that big - no bedrooms and only 1.5 bathrooms. Picking up area rugs and wiping down cabinets should not be overwhelming. So the lesson I learned is to be very clear with expectations. I think they would be fine if you are just looking for a weekly dusting and vacuuming. read more

I called Spring Lake Maids yesterday and was able to get someone out here at 9am this morning! The owner is a pleasure to deal with, but above that, Angela did an AMAZING job on my apartment. She was very sweet when we met and I had no hesitating leaving her to do the job. I can confidently say that my apartment wasn't even this clean when I moved in. I have used Spring Lake Maids to clean our shore house rental for the past 3 years. They are an excellent cleaning service.
