Honestly, I'm surprised by some of the negative feedback I've seen on here. Most of those reviews seem like a total stretch or just people looking for something to complain about. If you actually live here, you know the management is professional and the maintenance is on top of everything. If you want a clean, high-end place to live, don't let a few bitter comments throw you off.

After her departure things just started really going south with management. The apartments are poorly built most of the materials are cheap (low quality). the new management plays, and fails to enforce the rules regarding amenities, smoking, and noise. They had cameras and they claimed they were functional. security measures like cameras and entry fobs seen unreliable. we all had registered fob to enter the main building. the property is poorly maintained.pot was allowed to be smoked on this none smoking property. i will stop there.

Searching for 55+ apartment living, Affinity Apartments popped up in the search results. Was immediately attracted to Affinity's unique approach of including all utilities within your rent; Power, Water, Sewer, Garbage, WiFi, in unit Washer/Dryer, Microwave, ADA Compliant. Movie room, indoor pool/jacuzzi, billiards room, reck room, 1 extra cost being renters insurance, just 1 monthly rent payment no surprises bills, no BS. Staff... simply effervescent. (Past Management bad) Being a past maintenance engineer for a property management company, including 55+ property, on call for 747 units somewhat know the ins & outs of rental properties. San Diego past apartment was in a 55+ building, property management company was a major pain to work with over 4 years. Affinity stands out in front of the pack. Am pleased to be moving into the Kennewick property. Just a note to anyone interested in Applying... income should be 1.5 - 1.75 times the rental amount. Good to Excellent credit rating, or have a guaranteer (co-signer). $50 application fee, $200 admin fee. Rent is above average yet well worth it not having to deal with any other bills other than cell phone, car & insurance payment.

A very nice apartment complex to live. Units are roomy with cathedral ceilings, newer appliances,…read moreand well maintained facilities. There is a nice seasonal pool and year-round hot tub. Fitness room is well equipped and clean. Complex is non-smoking and rules are enforced. Landscaping is well-kept making for a nice park setting between the buildings. Staff are nice and quick to respond to complaints or maintenance needs.

The unit we stayed in was very quiet and the walls and floors seemed thick, so any noise that did come through was very muffled. Overall a great experience!
