I have lived in this mobile home park for almost three years and I have to say that the current management is the best we've ever had. It is unfortunate that people are given this place such bad reviews. The fact that they enforce the rules does not in anyway make them horrible. I have on numerous occasions gone into the office to address some issues and they have always treated us with the outmost respect. People tend to forget that management has certain standards they need to abide by and just want to make this a great community for all the residents. Of course they will send you a notice if you don't pay your rent on time. Of course they will send you a notices when you break the rules or not pay, but why will this surprise you? I have never had a bad experience when telling to any of the girls in the office and they've always been friendly and courteous. It is unfair that residents badmouth them when they are only trying to do their job. Our home was apprised 8,000 more because of these changes, and that makes us super happy! Very callous and rude management. Based on what I have experienced and witnessed, management at this community has demonstrated a troubling lack of understanding, compassion, and consideration for the residents who call this community their home. Management's cold and dismissive attitude toward residents was on full display on July 16, 2026, when they actively assisted tow truck operators as they spent hours patrolling and towing vehicles throughout the community. The fear, stress, and frustration this caused residents was heartbreaking to witness. While there are signs stating that unauthorized vehicles may be towed if parked on the street, many residents reasonably assume this policy is intended to prevent non-residents from parking in the community. Instead, management appears to treat all street-parked vehicles as unauthorized--even vehicles belonging to residents whose vehicle information and license plate numbers are already on file with management. For this reason, residents are not allowed to park in front of their very own homes. If the goal were to prevent unauthorized visitors from parking on the property, that would at least promote safety and security. However, the apparent objective is simply to remove all vehicles from the streets, regardless of ownership or circumstance. Of course, towing may be justified when a vehicle blocks emergency access, fire lanes, or entrances and exits, but that was not the case for many of the residents whose vehicles were towed yesterday. The reality is that this community was built during a time when most households owned far fewer vehicles than families do today. Households with multiple drivers, teenage children with vehicles, or elderly family members may find there is simply not enough parking available. Anyone considering moving here should carefully evaluate the parking situation before signing a lease. Families needing additional parking or accessible parking options may face significant challenges and expensive towing fees. read more

I've lived in this park for 20 years I grew up here decided to start my own family here. But the only helpfulness ot kindness tou will find here are the people selling you a house once you sign your a demand to them. I was promised 7000$ worth of appliances when they set up my brand new trailer this consisted of a cheap oven and refrigerator probably 1500$ and what you would expect from a new house. Now the really bad they have let the sewer lines rot to the point where it poisoned the land around my house they will damage your house promise to fix it then call it your fault please do not live here or if you do buy a used trailer through a retailer the management here veiws it's residents as no longer worth attending to after they get you to sign the lease read more

As someone who has lived in the Park for 5 years, I would advise that you stay away!! The rumor is that they are kind, but I will tell you that this is only if you are a renter and are never late. As individuals who own their homes, they are always nice to your face. This said, they have a tendency to make a plan with you, and then completely disregard it. Make a recording of all interactions you make with the management staff!! If you own your home outright in the park, they do whatever they can to make you pay for things or to stress you out. We came in and bought our home from another owner, and the new park ownership is requiring us to pay for things like lava rock removal and the removal of trees out of our lot that cause sewer issues which we were not entitled to do when we first moved in according to our contract. We are currently working to get out of here, but we will also be required to pay to pay a 30-day notice fee before we take our home out of the park ($395). Also.. be aware that they nickel and dime you for everything, including snow removal during the winter when roads are bad (an extra $42 on our monthly lot rent that we did not agree to) You also have to pay an extra fee for permits to place a fence or a fee to place a new roof (we had to get a $72 permit to place a new roof on the home we own last July). The park is also a little scary if you have young children. We are unable to keep kids bikes outside of our shed and they roam your yard as they want and produce a fee for whatever they would like. My husband recieved a fee for changing the oil on our vehicle in our driveway last month. The cops are constantly there on the weekend because of teenagers who are selling drugs or causing other issues on the weekends. We have had bikes and tools stolen as well as vehicles broken into. Security is not great. If you are a young individual who has no needs or concerns and can afford to rent/buy a home in the park along with a $750 lot rent/month, it is a good deal. If you have a family, I would look elsewhere! The neighbors are fantastic!! The families are fantastic!! But management can be rough. I am nervous that they will see this review and we will get lashback, but I am trying to be honest! read more

This place is bad. The current manager is rude slow to respond to issues. even though there is a noise rule maintenance is allowed to mow lawns and snow blow assistany manager home before 8 in the mornin. I work graveyard and the maintenance guy is all over the place early in the morning. Manager says one thing and does another. Worst manager ever read more

Warning!!!! I have lived in the park with my wife and 2 kids for 5.5 years now. My wife and I own the trailer that we are in. We feel that the management tries to find any and all ways to make tenants as uncomfortable as possible. They are trying to make you move, so they can take the trailer back and sell it at a new higher price. The main manager at this time has the worst customer service ever, She will lie at every turn. The maintenance crew is very rude to the people that live in the park. For instance, my 13 year old boy didn't shut the front door all the way and my dog got out, she was just wanting to play with my son. Mind you that she is very well trained. The maintenance guy just happen to be driving by at that time. He stopped, began to scold my son telling him that he would take her away. Then took pictures of my dog right by my porch with my son just a few feet away, my dog was in a non aggressive stance. My son then called me crying! I immediately came home and calmed my son down, and went to the office to talk to management. Told them that they have no right to talk to my kids about anything, that they need to go through my wife or I, Then the main manager got very angry, Told me "that she doesn't give a shit about my kids!!! That all she care's about is safety of her maintenance guys". Again, my dog was right next to my porch in a non aggressive stance as pictures showed. They have changed the renter's agreement in the past few years. which now makes it where you might as well be renting an apartment, you would save some money and have more privacy. Oh yeah, and they increase lot rent every 6 months. If you are looking into a trailer, make sure and look into the WAC law's before buying. It's no joke, WACK!! read more
