Irrigation always down. yards are always full of weeds last 3 years little to no enforcement. no planed repairs during winter they just wing it. every year last 3 years no water till late may because of breakdowns . that could and should be avoided. plus they write you up every year in winter read more

I visited Family here today and the manager she tagged my rig to be towed away and my husband's motorcycle didn't come and knock at the residence to ask . Just tagged them to be towed. Highly do not recommend living here. That is a power tripping , bullying manager. Time for a change out. Visitors that have handicap members cannot walk from the front to the last road in this park. I know people that lives there and 1/2 the changes are good the other it seems like it's run by Hitler, they have it that guests are to park up front (and there are usually no open spot plus the Manger uses one instead of parking at her house, and the maintenance truck takes up one) then you either walk or have the resident come pick you up, and if you do park in front of the persons place they get a notice of a $10 charge for breaking the rule. She seems to enjoy harassing more than is needed. Would not recommend living here, just visiting is an unpleasant ordeal read more

Do not move here. The manager Bonnie is constantly harassing people. She's a bully and seems to enjoy it. You will get letter after letter telling you what you did "WRONG." Shes also threatening in the sense of her knowing you can't just pick up your trailer and go. It doesn't feel like home, trust me I'm not just saying this to say it. My home is well kept but its just never enough. I informed her I was planning on selling and she gave me a list of "tasks" telling me what I need to fix before i can move, one of those is to replace the whole siding of the garage(contractor only) that is their property. I've only been there a few months, the garage is probably 30 yrs old and I'm the one who has to fix it. read more

If you are looking at trailers here, I would think long and hard. You are not allowed to park on streets and if you have company thier vehicle is tagged to be towed. Every Monday, the grounds keeper walks around the park with a blower, blowing dirt , trash, debri up into your yards. Once you pay your house off then they jack up the lot rent every time they are legally allowed. My trailwr is paid for but looking forward to being free from here. read more

I am so happy with what is going on at the mobile home park. In the past, park managers were extremely lax in enforcing the rules everyone has to sign when moving in. It is no different than other places that have HOA's. It is looking much nicer. Homes taken care of. Lawns looking nice. Non-working vehicles GONE. A storage park for RV's much cheaper than other storage units. Yes, the manager does keep an eye on the park, enforcing the rules, getting help/advice from city agencies regarding regulations. Very, very pleased with everything!!! Don't believe the bad reviews. Only thing I can think of is that they don't like following rules. I would highly recommend this park. read more

We lived in Santiago Estates and found it to be extremely oppressive. You own your home but have no freedoms to live in quiet enjoyment of your own space. You pay to live there to be harrassed and oppressed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We sold our home and moved out because of oppression. If you want to be happy don't live there. It was stressful and you never knew when the manager was going to come up with new things to make you do because she didn't like something that had been since you moved in. The law says you are to leave the space the way you found it. Not leave the space the way the manager decides she wants it. Most people we spoke with in the mobil park wanted to move because of constantly being harassed. There were many that could not afford to move and stuck because of it. read more

Hands down the worst place to live. I don't recommend moving in here unless you want to feel like you are in jail. Bonnie the manager, if you don't like what she's doing or agree with her she will constantly harass you and throw fines at you. She will let others do things such as, park on gravel or on the street but will give others fines and charge them if they do. Only certain people have to follow rules there. She constantly lies and makes up stuff to try to get you in trouble with corporate. When most of the people in the park hate her, there's a problem. ALSO the don't do that great of inspections and don't tell you about hidden issues unless you find those yourself and it's too late and they don't have to pay for it! DONT MOVE IN HERE! read more
