There were inevitably some changes and additions to the scope of work required by unexpected things, but in every case we were able to discuss with them what was involved, what the costs would be, and what the additional time would be. There were no expenses or charges incurred by us that we had not agreed to accept. We also very much appreciated and valued the advice and recommendations about various aspects of the project that we received from Lydia and Vincent--their expertise and good judgment were invariably helpful.
