They completed CUSTOM cabinets and shelving for what I'll call a pantry closet and redid my laundry room to better utilize the space. they do subcontract some of the work out so I think that work definitely needs your oversight and communication with Upgrade Remodel to make sure it meets your specifications. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my job and would consider using them again. I do think they may be a tad bit overpriced, but I wouldn't nickle and on dime on something I would have to live with so I'm satisfied.

They never delivered on the contract as written. Each time they were at our house out of 3 times…read morethe staff were under supplied and given no time to complete the job or repairs. Way to expensive and they now will no longer warranty the job as they sold us on. The floor is falling through, the shelves are falling off the walls. The shower floor is stained with yellow glue, the side panels are scratched up, the toilet came unbolted from the pipe/floor. We will be seeing them in court this coming year once the 90 days is past and we can for the entire $30k cost of the bathroom since every panel must be removed to replace the shower pan, let alone the floor repairs. They do not have American workers, all foreign illegals it seems.

He was kind enough to secured my storm door, patched a small hole in the wall and gave sound advice on other items that required fixing which was all unplanned & unscheduled. Mr. Brown kept me informed of his estimated arrival time, quoted me a reasonable price on the same day of inquiry (in-fact, it was 20mins after I had got off the phone with him), and arrived in a timely fashion (earlier than what was expected). Knocked the job right out! I highly recommend choosing Trim Jim Construction. I am pleased with his work and customer service. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

He said he would power wash our playground but showed up with no equipment and and started using my equipment (which is not for powerwashing!!!). He said he needed a down payment to buy some items, we gave him the money and he never purchased any items. To add insult to injury he did not complete the job, he took apart some pieces and left them on the floor and he took some of our equipment home. Do not use this contractor. He is extremely unprofessional! He also does not have his address listed so if you want to take him to small claims court you may have to hire a private investigator to find him!

Once I did reach someone, I got the run around. Put on hold by everyone. No one seemed to know anything about my request. Once I got in touch with the service tech, his response was, "oh yeah, I never got pricing from the office." I do not recommend this vendor at all.
