Anthony was the installer. Maybe all the Texas locations use an alias Anthony and Kevin? Anthony was the technician that came out to replace my broken attic ladder. His install was so crisp and clean, very meticulous to detail. He did a better job than the plumber and electrician I hired. I wasn't home for the install so he had free access to my property and treated it with respect and didn't leave a messy work area for me to return to. His install quality impressed me more than the product itself, not to say that it's a bad product, not at all. But his work was that good. Late in the day, I get another text saying they couldn't make it. (Mind you, I am onsite waiting) He apologized and then agreed to a new date and time in a few days. I made arrangements to be onsite and then I get a late night text right before the job, that he wasn't going to make it and that I should hire another contractor. I believe we should all take Steve up on his own recommendation and hire another contractor. It seems Handy Premium Handyman Services has trouble with communication, reliability and professionalism. They do get at least 1 star since they are good at apologizing. Avoid this contractor.
