At the house LITERALLY NEXT DOOR TO MINE! And for perspective? My house and my neighbor are separated by all of....15 FEET! You couldn't be anymore in "my neighborhood" unless you were in my freaking living room!!! Oh, and my stump? Untouched. So I called them. Got their voicemail (of course). I told them the above.
