So it was our last night out with some friends and we decided to go grab pizza, perhaps at spontini or any place that was open. Well, we ended up here and I'm soooooo glad we did! It was a group of about 15 of us and at about 10:30 pm we were starving! These people were so nice to take us in despite their place saying it closes at 11. We all ordered pizza and let me tell you, this is one of the best spots for pizza napoletana in Milano! Just wow! When I seen "il cappello di Totò" as a pizza option, it immediately brought a smile to my face. This is a mozzarella di buffala pizza filled with a ricotta crust. How amazing was it? FOODgasm amazing! The moment I took a bite out of that pizza it took me straight to Napoli, where the best pizza in the whole country is at! Now I'm only talking about the pizza part, haven't gotten to the best part yet. THE CRUST ::::: drumroll ::::: this was paradise in your mouth. I can't even describe it! Anyways, I think I've described how amazing this food is. Go try it! Don't doubt yourself. Don't think twice! Eat the pizza! Eat the menu! Eat the crust! Nuff said!

Large, Excellent pizza for a great price!

Nice ambiance and decor but the waiter was rude and the food was average at best. The wine list is very limited as well.

Service was good, very friendly staff , but I was not impressed with their food. Salad was just ok and my clams pasta was tasteless.

My husband, me, and three friends stumbled in soaked from a July downpour. All of us were hungry…read moreand dripping. The owner greeted us warmly at the door and had our whole party seated right away. I had read reviews about the pizza and thought it the perfect place to escape the rain, wait out the storm, and stuff our bellies until the rain stopped and we could call an UBER. There were just a few tables occupied, which made it feel like we'd found something of a hideaway. We started with a cheese plate and wine, then shared a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Everything came out fast and everything was delicious. The cheese plate especially was worth ordering. What made the night, though, was the owner. His family is originally from Egypt, and he brought such genuine warmth and joy to taking care of us. That kind of hospitality can't be faked. When we left and were walking down the block, he called after us holding one of my friend's phone charger that was left behind on the table. We were super appreciative. :) If you find yourself in Milan -- rained on or not -- go. Great pizza, great wine, excellent service, and a host who clearly loves what he does.

The first dish, a linguine with pesto, was delicious. The next dish, breaded chicken with fries, was utterly disappointing. The chicken was hard and flavorless. Several guests had insects or spiders in their food. Desert was ice cream that came in a cup. Maybe the restaurant is better for pizza or for smaller parties. It just did not work for our large group.

L' Oasi - Plenty of table space in this charming pizza place that also serves many pasta dishes.

Fantastico! This might actually be the best Italian meal I've ever had. The whole experience was…read morejust one of a kind and I am so thankful to be able to be part of it. Upon arriving to the restaurant, my wife and I had no expectations of the place. We only chose this place because the reviews were good and the tasting menu was pretty cheap. We were greeted by one of the cooks ( one of only two ) and she had a bit of a surprised look on her face. She probably doesn't get too many foreigners because this place is so local. We sat towards the back next to a table of three local Italians. The last table was for a table of 12. The owner spoke no English at all and all the conversations that took place was through one of the local Italian customers. There is no menu at the restaurant. It is always a tasting menu and consists of no red meat. We started off with grilled octopus with pomegranate, then a squid salad. Later on the owner brought out some warm bread, burrata, mussels, clams with spaghetti, branzino, and some dessert. The meal also come with unlimited bottles of wine and ended the meal with a very very strong shot of espresso. Honestly, the food wasn't even the best part of the night (and that's saying a lot because every dish was delicious). The best part was just the interaction with the owner and his customers. Everyone was laughing with him, hugging him, he treated everyone like family. At one point he even started offering people cigarettes and started turning up the music so people could dance. There was nothing but love, family, and food that night and though we stayed there for 4 hours, I wish we could stay there longer.

COME HUNGRY; Silvio the chef / owner essentially makes what he wants for "small" plates, but there's about 7-8 of them. All were fantastic!
