He honors his commitments, shows up on time, and communicates if there is going to be any variance in schedule. He is very clear about setting expectations, and is extremely respectful about answering questions in a matter of fact manner so that complex related things are made very simple to understand. Work Ethic & Quality Steve has an an excellent work ethic, can assess a problem very quickly and get a plan of action. He looks at multiple possibilities, and is very realistic with what he proposes. He is also friendly, and his quality of work is impeccable. He is very respectful of your property, cleaning and locking up when finished which is so nice! Would I recommend him? Highly! If you want someone who you can put your highest confidence and trust in, this is the person you want to hire. His costs are extremely fair, he is very honest and transparent about everything, so you always know where you stand. If I had more budget I would have him do more projects for me.
