Branden got my fence complete in about 10 days during all kinds of inclement weather in early December. We got lucky because it did not snow too much. I think the rate he charges is comparable to other options out there are not many in Southlake Tahoe. I've had the fence now through three seasons and it has held up well. Gorgeous new wall in a matter of days! 55 feet of wooden fence fell in one piece after recent heavy winds. I got quotes from 4 carpenters/contractors and went with Noll Construction. Brandon came out on Monday to access and discuss options and by Friday the wall was complete. He was good about updating with progress and sending photos as I wasn't home during the process. We have only great things to say about Brandon and his team at Noll. We needed our back fence replaced, and we have a very extensive vegetable garden with raised boxes and a compost bin near the fence. Plus our neighbors have tall hedges, and so it was a bit of a challenge for workers to be able to get in there and really make it be solid, and look great. We also didn't want thin warpy wood slats that you might find at the big box stores, and Brandon knew where to go to get the stuff that is cured properly, will really last, and age beautifully. We now have a wonderful, natural redwood fence! Brandon and the guys were super patient with all our picky questions and requests, and they had great suggestions for problem-solving, and design. We even added a posts-and-wire structure just in front of the fence, so we can grow berry bushes and grapevines without sacrificing the new structure. Brandon also added nice caps for our berry beds, which help to make the area look more finished and professional. They were tidy, quiet, and professional, and took real pride in their work (as they should!). Would recommend (and use again) in a heartbeat. Good, smart craftsmen doing great work. Our fence between us and the neighbors fell down with the high winds about two months ago - that and bc it was sort of infested with termites. Hah. I found Brandon on yelp and gave him a call. He was very prompt with his responses and thorough with all of our options. We went with a horizontal cedar planked fence, which smells amazing and has a nice honey tone to it. We purchased a new home where the previous owner put in a new fence but only in half the back yard; the remaining half of the back yard had a bunch of high brush that once we cleared out, it exposed an old fence that was rotting away. My husband and I just purchased the 1936 duplex we've been living in for the last 8 yrs. We needed to make some repairs on existing structures so I called 3 different contractors to come out and give us an estimate. We chose Brandon and we're so glad we did! He and his team did a fantastic job on repairing some existing stairs, added additional support, and painted them. They look so much better than they did before! He also added some additional support, replaced the threshold and resealed and painted some stucco stairs.
