Jonathan ghosted us multiple times over 2 months. There were constant family emergencies that I tried to be understanding of, but after 5 of them it just seemed like he was unwilling to help us - almost like he was trying to get us to not want to work with him. When I would follow up, he always said he had asked other members of the team to reach out to us while he was away for his family, and they just never did. Jonathan always apologized and said he'd make it up to us. This happened time and time again, and we still consistently told him we're still willing to work with him - only to get ghosted for the last time a few weeks ago. He stopped replying to me completely. I have never seen a single draft of an itinerary. The ghosting is so unprofessional. If he didn't want to work with us, he should have just said so instead of trying to turn us off like that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Attached are a few different-dated screenshots.
