I asked her a few questions, which she did not answer, she did not explain what she was doing. Kept advertising a product she did notknow how to pronounce the French correctly, and kept telling us how we would be eligible for expensive upgrades. The checkout? No water was offered. Painful, the ownder took a very long time. Just no proper customer service. In these days where we are looking at our pennies, these folks don't deserve your hard earned money. It was very clean, and they did perform a service, but it wasn't industry standard. I sure hope I won't be sick this coming week.
