On occasions when we need a new or temporary PCAs, Grace HHC went extra miles to find and provide us with people who meet my mother's and our family's needs and values. This is a critical element for good healthcare providers. My mother's been with Grace HHC since its opening. Prior to her connection with the company, she has developed Alzheimer's disease and other symptoms, which many people develop as we age. Grace HHC has been finding good senior daycares, worked with her insurance company to provide the right service and hours, and various things to help improve my mom's conditions and provide all her needs, including medical and personal hygiene products. Very pleasant staff at Grace HHC works closely with the family, communicating on a daily bases, as needed. They can do that because Grace HHC is well-staffed with professional nurses and administrators that care about their patients/clients. We were told 7-12 minutes response time when we toured the place. In reality, it was commonly more like 45 minutes to never. My mother became terrified that if she ever REALLY needed help, she would die waiting for it. - And BEWARE of getting into BUSINESS with these people, and check your bills VERY carefully. The administrators, financial staff, and billing department are almost totally non-responsive, and they have continued to bill me AFTER my mother died. They actually owe us money, and still they have attempted to extract money from us. - I also had to contact them repeatedly over 8 weeks just to get someone at Sunrise to help me with Long Term Care Insurance. - Again, some lovely, helpful folks in Care, but it's bad news behind the curtain.

The owner, Ms Nailey Cole still has not followed through to ensure payment of all owed funds were paid. I still have not been paid for the last two weeks that service was provided, after identifying in writing they would pay the balance of what was owed by June 16, 2025. Unfortunately I am not the only staff person I am aware of that did not get paid. And if you cannot pay your staff, you cannot count on their staying. So if you are using this service for your loved one, be prepared for regular turnover in staff. Where I as also their client, as they provided services to my 82 year mom, so it was disappointing to have to change agencies again. Integrity needs to exists on both the side of the employer and employee.

Each assured me they had experience with ALS, understood its unique challenges, and could safely care for someone with advanced mobility needs. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. By the time I found Kelly and her team, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, scared, and running out of hope. Kelly came to our home for an initial visit, and from the moment she walked through the door, I had a good feeling. She listened carefully, understood the complexity of my mom's condition, and talked us through scheduling options. Most importantly, she recommended a two-caregiver approach to ensure my mom's safety during transfers. Within a week, Homewatch CareGivers had highly qualified caregivers in place and ready to help. Homewatch CareGivers truly became a lifeline for our family. As my mom's condition changed, the caregivers adapted seamlessly. When she could no longer chew and needed pureed meals, they didn't simply blend everything together. They thoughtfully prepared and plated each of her favorite foods individually, preserving both dignity and enjoyment. Kelly's level of involvement and support was extraordinary. She didn't just check on my mom; she checked on our entire family. She provided a sense of safety and security that allowed me to continue working while knowing my mom was receiving exceptional care. Over time, the caregivers became part of our family. As ALS progressed, there were moments when we weren't ready to accept how much things had changed. Kelly gently guided us through each next step, whether that meant implementing overnight care, adjusting schedules, or helping us understand hospice options. Her guidance was always thoughtful, compassionate, and exactly what we needed. Sadly, we lost my mom in March. I can say without hesitation that we would not have made it through those 14 months without Homewatch CareGivers, Kelly, and the incredible team of caregivers who stood beside us every step of the way. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for their professionalism, kindness, dedication, and love. When the end came, members of the Homewatch CareGivers team came to be by my mom's side and say goodbye. My mom has been at The Willow at The Boulevard Post Acute for almost two months following hip…read moresurgery. I was extremely anxious about placing her in a rehabilitation facility, especially because she has dementia and does not handle change well. From the very beginning, this facility has gone above and beyond my expectations. Aaron Rebuck was incredibly welcoming and kind when helping get my mom settled into her room. His calm demeanor immediately put me at ease during our first meeting. Our initial interactions with the nursing staff, Thea and Rose, were equally reassuring--they were compassionate, patient, and so gentle with my mom. At that moment, I knew she was going to be in good hands. The dining staff has been wonderful, ensuring my mom receives a well-balanced and nutritious menu. She has actually gained weight during her stay at The Boulevard, which speaks volumes about the care she is receiving. Physical and occupational therapy also went very well and contributed positively to her recovery. The doctors and nursing staff have been terrific throughout her stay. Tigist, the CNA, is truly a huge asset to The Boulevard team. She has provided exceptional care for my mom and is consistently kind, attentive, and compassionate--not just to my mom, but to all the residents. Milly is another outstanding team member; she is responsible, attentive, and wonderful with my mom. When my mom returns to her memory care facility, I will truly miss the staff at The Boulevard (Willow). We would absolutely return here if she ever needs rehabilitation care again. This place cannot get its act together. No one greeted my mother for hours and hours after she…read moremoved in and in the three weeks she was there I never filled out needed paperwork because they couldn't figure out how to get it to me through their electronic system. They didn't seem to care. They continue to send me things to the address of the assisted living center my mom moved OUT of to go to the Boulevard and they had my husband down as primary caretaker even though he was in Seattle at the time and she was MY mother. I kept getting calls about discharge even though I made it clear Mom was there for long term care. Communication was non-existent! My mother unexpectedly died after 3 weeks there. Kind of makes you wonder if the medical care was as poor as the administration.
