It looks like there may have a phone service outage when I tried to call the other week but Kim did get back to me and we straightened things out and set an appointment. For microblading, the first appointment was the initial application with a color to match. She applied the anesthetic, matched the color and applied the product. Anzhela is very meticulous and did a perfect arch and shape. She gives you a healing product (aquaphor) to take with you and good instructions. You then return in 5 weeks for a touch up.
