What are the odds? I booked right away. I later found out that she had a cancellation. When I arrived I was a little out of my head because I thought I would be later, Molly was absolutely amazing. She essentially calmed me down. Which was awesome. The wax shop is very inviting and quaint, I didn't feel like I was in chain establishment in a sense it felt like home. She was very nice. The room she does her waxing in is spacious but not intimidating. It was very clean and well organized which I loved. She explained everything that she would be doing from beginning to end our conversation was easy and helpful, she help me get through the pain .....FYI I'm a screamer lol! I ended my appt by booking another one because she was just that great. I also felt that her pricing was very reasonable. The lady looked me up and she asked my information and guess what I wasn't in the computer! I was starting to get very upset and frustrated because I know for sure that I booked an appointment. The lady checked the computer for both locations and I wasn't in neither of them. So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email.
