I was told by the sales guy that they'd dig down three feet for fence post installations and fill the holes with concrete up to about 2-3 inches below the surface. No more than 6 inches of concrete was added, and don't even get me started on the concrete they use. Not only is it the cheapest sand-mix garbage from home depot, but they don't understand water-cement ratios. Mixing the cement properly? Dream on. Even after pointing out the proper way to mix cement to them, they were more worried about putting on music and blasting spanish songs at 9:30am. They do not understand what a right angle is, so good luck getting your fences square. If you ask them they'll say they've been installing fences for over 20 years, but then they'll use a cracked bubble level, so the tops aren't level. Even after staying on top of them and pointing out every little thing, they could not be trusted to even install hardware with four lousy screws. Not only was the hardware installed crooked and misaligned, but they put the screws into the extremes of the holes so no adjustments can be made in the future. How much of a brain stem does it take to put four screws in properly?? Complete disaster. I had a bad feeling from the moment the sales guy came, but ended up going with them due to circumstances rather than comfort. I should have went with my original choice. Always trust your gut. When the sales guy says that neither he nor anyone else will not show up to the job except two mexican installers (who look to cut corners every chance they can), look elsewhere.

Would not recommend these guys for fencing. The sales guy speaks a somewhat decent game but then…read morethe installers that come to do the job are the complete opposite. They threw the fencing down from the truck into the dirt and were stepping on them in their installation. Instead of cleaning them before assembling the fence, they argued that "dirt is okay for fences". They didn't know how to mix concrete (either pouring in soupy grey water or not mixing it at all and just dumping in layers of sand and cement). Also they'll say the hardware is stainless steel and powder-coated but it is neither...it rusts and it's just spray painted. The paint flakes off. The gates were installed crooked and because of how they attached the hardware, adjustments are nearly impossible. We regret going with them.

The work was done carefully and beautifully. Once the materials were in the construction went very fast -- faster than we expected -- and came in absolutely on budget even with some late changes. However, I did not expect the level of workmanship and lack of professionalism that I experienced. Before any work had even begun, he contacted me asking for the second half of the payment before arriving at the job. He told me he needed the money because multiple family members were dying. Wanting to be understanding, I tried to work with him. I paid half of the total cost upfront as agreed. Then, on the day the materials were delivered, I found out the supplier had not been paid. Because the materials were already at my house, I felt pressured to pay the remaining balance so the supplier could be paid and the delivery could proceed. The job site was left a complete mess, with old materials and debris left at my home. The patio is still unfinished more than two months later, and the quality of the work that was completed has been extremely disappointing. Some of the pavers are already coming apart, which is unacceptable after such a short time. Communication has been nonexistent. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have had no reliable way to get in touch to have the remaining work completed or the issues addressed. Overall, I paid for a finished patio but was left with an incomplete project, poor workmanship, and no customer support. I gave him every opportunity to make things right, but after months of waiting with no communication, I can no longer recommend his services. If you're considering hiring him, I strongly encourage you to think twice based on my experience.
