They worked past 7 pm with the wardrobe being somewhat complicated and large, so I didn't spot the problem of one sliding door having a .5 inch gap between the two until the next day. On 10/27, I texted Mary informing her of the issue. No response. I texted her again on 10/29 and got a reply saying they were in N. Scottsdale that entire week and would be in touch to let me know when they come my way again. Weeks have passed and did not hear from her, so on 12/10, I text her again to get an update, no response. I gave her another 6 days, which was more than enough time to respond no matter how busy one can be and still no response. The lack of response prompted me to write a negative review on Google, which, coincidentally, gotten her attention and received a response 2 hrs later explaining herself, etc....and asking me to remove the negative review until she can get out to my house on 12/28. Does it have to take adverse actions to get a response? Unbelievable! Needless to say, I do not want her at my house again and will find someone to fix the problem. I paid her $400 cash for the job. SMH. I then received a response on Google Review saying things that were totally untrue and unrelated to their lack of professionalism. Instead, she went off the subject and claiming they can refuse service. Wow...again...this is the kind of character they are. Glad some of you didnt experience their lack of professionalism. As for me, I would say STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Although we appreciated the affordable furniture prices, we were NOT excited when everything showed up in a tall stack of 25 boxes! It took us about 30 seconds to decide to look on Yelp for help with the furniture assembly! I stumbled upon Elite Tech Services - the reviews were good, and the business location was close to where I live. My husband and I decided to give it a try! I reached out for a quote, and within a few short minutes Christian responded with a very reasonable quote and offered to come first thing the next morning. Christian sent me a message the next morning to let me know that he was on his way, he arrived right at 8am (the time we chose), and was very kind and professional! He got right to work, and was not phased at all by the amount of work we had for him - although the task seemed overwhelming to me! Many times throughout the day I felt certain that there was NO way he could finish in one day, but sure enough Christian completed the three pieces by the afternoon, and did an absolutely beautiful job - we could not be happier! We were SO happy in fact with the professional, focused, and thorough job that Christian did, that my husband asked Christian before leaving if he could come back to help us with some other tasks! We will most definitely be using Elite Tech Services again! Thanks Christian!

The following day when I asked if he would be still be coming by, he cancelled on me because he was not feeling well. I get it, it happens, no problem. A few days later, I made a second appointment with him to assemble some other furniture I bought online from Wayfair.com. He quoted me a price that was lower than Wayfair's and scheduled an appointment on the day I needed. The day of the appointment arrived and after patiently waiting 3.5 hours for him to show up, he finally tells me that he can't make it at all that day. I cancelled my guaranteed assembly appointment with Wayfair and moved all of this furniture in my house based on his commitment to come to my house as scheduled. He left me out to dry and I certainly learned my lesson: don't go with Christian. Go with someone dependable, even if that means paying a little extra.

    I wish I could leave ten stars!…read more I work from home in a very paper-intensive profession, and my office was out of control. I thought I had weeks of work to do to catch up on the backlog. I hired Meghan to come in and help because I've tried several of those popular organize yourself books ("The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up", "Un-f--- Your Habitat", etc.) and they never worked. I just assumed I was predisposed to disorganization. Meghan came over for a consultation and looked it over, assured me things weren't really all that bad, and talked over what would be involved. She said it would take about 5 hours. I was expecting a few days, so I was thrilled. We booked a time for the organizing day, and she arrived on time and ready to go. It was so helpful to have a professional give me tips and tell me where to put things. She listened to how I use my space in order to help me figure out the best places to put things. My home office is amazingly clean and tidy now, and the mountain of paperwork was turned into a molehill. I took 40 lbs of paper to the office store to shred, and my paperwork backlog is now only about 2 inches. I'll finish it in a workday or two. My kitchen is logically arranged now, my closet is tidy, and those random boxes under the bed have been sorted. Everything I own now has a place, and I feel confident that I'll be able to keep things tidy by just returning everything to its place when I'm done with it. Meghan was worth every penny I paid her and more. We spent 5 1/2 hours, and she bought me weeks of time and relieved me of unbelievable amounts of stress. I should have called her sooner!
