My goal was to have the windshield along with all of the side and rear windows tinted. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 AM, with an appointment at 12:00 PM. I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. Second time using Amazin tints and although their pricing has increased considerably in the las two years, their service is still prompt, professional, and friendly. Did a great job on my XR ceramic tints without defects/ dust/ bubbles anywhere to be found. Pros: Khouri responded to my messages in a reasonable time. He was friendly and professional. It's been 9 days since the tints have been applied. I still haven't put my windows down, but they have cured nicely so far. I feel the difference when I'm inside of my car. Cons: All 4 of my window moldings were impacted by the heat applied to the window during application. I brought it up to Khouri when I picked up my car and he mentioned he'd seen it happen before and was unsure as to why. He mentioned Toyotas are covered under warranty, but I don't drive a Toyota so it didn't help me. To replace all 4 moldings would be costly. Unfortunately, I'll have to leave them as is; I took a risk and the result was not what I expected. I just hope in the future, the window moldings similar to mine are protected from the heat to avoid it from happening again. Quality of work matters. read more

He called me a few hours of the appointment to ask if we could push it back to 2:30 because he was running a little behind due to weather, rather than simply having me come at the same scheduled time and sit around and wait for half an hour. I hired Amazin Tints for my Tesla Model 3. I felt comfortable because they had previous experience with this make and model. I really wanted the mobile feature as I had taken my car to tint shops in the past. You have to give up hours of your time and it usually takes longer then they tell you. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you plan to re-tint your rear glass window. I had a fully bubbled rear glass window in my car. I read good reviews like all you do and believed that Khoury could make it nice. He was friendly and explained to me all the risks it may occur. He did say that it could remove frosted lines 50/50, an he would try to steam it first. He spent 2 hours for removing the tint, which for other shops takes longer. Frosted lines are gone and my back dashboard if full of scratches. I had to take my car to a different shop to fix and spent more than I expected. Khoury said that will call me back by the end of the day with the possible solution how to fix it, but no phone calls were received. Technicians from different shop told me that this job could be done without losing frosted lines and it would take more than 2 hours of work definitely. Do not repeat my mistake and try to not go there. I have no idea who wrote these reviews about professionalism and good work read more
