Will act super nice and knowledgeable at first to get you in the door, I came here in the first place to only have 2 batteries hooked up to my existing car audio system in the trunk , then the guy who is the owner I suppose recommended that I have them hook up the 4 6x9 speakers I had running on head unit power to the 4 channel amp I already had sitting in the car waiting to be wired. I already had over 50ft of 12 gauge speaker wire sitting in the car for the speakers to be wired, they hooked up the 2 battery's in the trunk decently but not pretty by no means then I had an appointment I had to go to before they finished, after they called me saying the car was finished this childish wiring is what I was greeted with, garbage electrical tape on all the connections, NEVER EVEN RAN THE SPEAKER WIRE TO THE SPEAKERS, they just tapped into the oem speaker wire from the amp with some BS 18 gauge wire they had laying around, then had the audacity to tell me my speaker wire was garbage and wouldn't work that's why they didn't use it, they also had the gain for my subwoofer on the dsp turned up +10 from the -14 I had it at originally before I brought the car to them, they also had the bass boost on the subwoofer amp turned up when I had it turned off, they even put a random screw into my amp board to try and clean up the rca's , the owner even had the balls to talk shit about my front bumper after I went back to complain, I didn't think this was Gino's body shop you retard , I brought the car here for a simple install not some unprofessional tards to mess my car up then talk shit about my front bumper and wouldn't even offer a partial refund or just be a smart business owner and apologize. Save your money and just go to Tito's Sound. read more

Cannot be trusted; I had ask for legal tint and when they were done, it was illegal tint. Yes, they had no problem in taking my money. I would go back but who knows what they would do next. Lost money, but lesson learn. read more

I was very happy coming into Gino's tints. They seemed professional, prepared, and knowledgeable. Claudia the employee working the desk was amazing. I was given proper warning about the tints, and just great advice which helped me make a quick and easy decision. After choosing the specifications on the tints i wanted I was given an estimated wait time of 3 hours which was extremely accurate. All this being said the person working on my car was terrible. My car was parked where i could see it while sitting down. It looked like at first he was taking his time but by my second hour being there he was throwing the bottle spray used to put on the tints on the floor and looked a bit agitated. He was slamming my doors each time he shut them which sort of made me a bit uneasy as my car is a bit old and the door panels aren't held on by much but I put it aside and ignored it. before all the tints were done on the 3rd hour I was asked to pay. They finished up my car and had the tint guy pull it out of the garage. He was very aggressive with my car, watching him hit the gas petal enough to make my car jerk forward toward the wall and then slamming the breaks to the point where my tires were screeching not once, but twice. Everyone inside the waiting room was looking over at my car being driven terribly. I confronted the tinter and Claudia who was with him saying "Why were you braking so aggressively". The tinter responded with "what do you mean" and walked away while Claudia said "There was water on the floor" which was absolutely false. I took my car and left very annoyed with the situation. When I finally get a good look at my tints I see that the rubber on the bottom of my window had been sliced with a razor blade and tons of scratch marks on the outside window because they cut the tints on the outside and put them on the inside and as you could imagine its not the prettiest job either. I recently got a new car and went to a professional tint place that used a machine to cut out the tints using your cars year and model. way better, just spend the extra money. read more

my husband and i have had over 7 cars done by this company. never really had a problem, until today. my tint started bubbling so i called the company and they told me that they aren't computerized and if i didn't have a receipt, i would have to pay to have it redone. thank goodness i keep good records. i found the receipt and called to see if i could bring the car in. they said it would be ready in a couple of hours. 15 minutes after i left, i get a call from them telling me that the "warranty " that i had was no longer in force. so i said i will come back and get the car, but them he says we already took the tint off. $60 later, they suck! they will never see another one of our cars. read more

I had went to Gino's to have my windows tinted in 2012. The next year the tint started to peel off the driver's side window. Took it back which takes time out of your day for them to replace it. The next year the front window tint started to peel down, they replaced that tint. They also broke my mirror on the the front window. Of course they are not responsible for the damage. The next year the back tint was coming off. I did not go back. I am going back to Oakland Park, Alpha Windows to have them fix all my window tint. I would never recommend this company. read more
