This place did not tell us nothing just don't touch the pink dots didn't let us take pictures we escaped and it was like nothing. The worker just cleaned up. My family and I visited the amazing escape room in Bloomfield tonight and omgggggg it was so funn!!! It was just three of us in the Gold Rush room and we managed to figure it out with 10 minutes to spare. The two ladies who greeted us were excited and very sweet! This experience was terrible. We payed $25 with a GROUPON per person for a poop show. The guy rushed through the instructions and we did not know the order of the puzzles. It was hot as all HECK in the room and they would not turn the heat down. We were given the hardest room possible and were not able to complete it. After we were shown how to complete it, I was not allowed to touch a PEOCE OF PAPER. The one guy was talking about how he up just teeth. I don't know if we just got a bad room but our experience was terrible. Would not come back to this location read more

Uhm that was SO MUCH FUN! I went with 5 other people and we did the "Lost in Space". Meghan was our game master and she truly made the experience way enjoyable by getting us into our scenario! She was in character and costume, it was really cool! I love how before you even go into the escape room there were puzzles to solve to gain extra clues. It was so creative how they made the escape room and it truly was a challenge! There was a point where I was positive we weren't going to escape but my team pulled through! They were very accommodating and the quality of our experience was just so enjoyable. Already looking to do another one of their rooms! read more

Great escape room! We did two rooms -- the Grail and the Gold Rush. Both were well designed and well thought out. The Grail was definitely a lot harder with out of the box puzzles. Our game master Alyssa was awesome, too! She gave us good clues without giving anything away. Will definitely visit one of the other locations soon. read more

Totally enjoyed it! Katherine was great explaining and being our game master! Great for all ages. We did Down the rabbit hole, challenging but we did it just under the wire. Returned to do the Gold mine. We missed the record solving time by 5 minutes. Ages were, 17, 14, 9 and a senior. Very clean, challenging yet obvious clues, and plenty of fun! Definitely will return! This escape room is the best! Even with just 2 people, my boyfriend and I were able to escape the room. We chose the "easiest" - gold rush. It still took us almost the full hour to complete, but with the helpful hints from our game master Meghan we were able to find the gold. I also recommend this location over the Montclair location, because the staff was much more friendly and helpful, and the room itself was much better maintained. This is such a fun date night idea or group outing, we will definitely be back!! read more

Amazing, as it states in the name! The place is great, the staff are friendly and welcoming and really do a good job at making the experience unforgettable. I have done 3 out of the 4 rooms and cannot wait to go back to do the last. Win or lose you are guaranteed a great time! This place is great. Competed all the rooms in a weekend and would redo them all. You come for the rooms, but you come again for the great customer service. Our first time going-- the room didn't work--we were still able to come back to try out the room again when it worked properly. They were all in character and pleasant to be around. read more

We are big fans of the Amazing Escape franchise, and have completed all the rooms in both Montclair and Greenbrook. When we heard Bloomfield was opening a location, we couldn't wait to get in there and try the rooms! Having done over 25 different escape rooms at various locations throughout NJ, we were not disappointed with these rooms! We completed both Down the Rabbit Hole and Lost in Space back to back, and the rooms themselves were aesthetically very beautiful. We loved the playful tone of Down the Rabbit Hole, and Lost in Space was technologically rich. Even better than the rooms themselves were our Game Masters, Jaimie and Kathrine. They were both so eager and enthusiastic as they explained the rules and gave us hints that guided our thinking without giving away the answer, which was appreciated as it allowed us to continue working as a team. At one point during Lost in Space, there were technical difficulties with the monitor and Jaimie, who was wearing a Space suit to be in character, (think orange NASA suit!) came into the room to be an In Room Game Master, in order to be available if we needed help while the monitor was fixed. That added some fun to the game as it allowed her to continue to monitor us and it was a cool twist for us to have the game master inside the room for a bit of time. As soon as the monitor was fixed, she was called back to the space station, and we were again by ourselves. Throughout the whole time, our play continued uninterrupted. My group can't wait to go back and try the other two rooms! read more

We were supposed to play Down the Rabbit Hole but the end wasn't working so we opted for Lost in Space. The room was nicely designed and we enjoyed the puzzles. We escaped using only one clue! Would go back to try the original room we booked. read more
