This was scheduled as a team event and we had a blast. Very difficult and lots of fun! I hope to come try one of the other rooms in the future.

Came here for a work event. Had a fun time! The people who work here are really nice and friendly. They explained the room great and we escaped!! I bought a water bottle for $2. Definitely recommend. It can be a little hard to find because it is in a larger fancy building, which I was not expecting at all.

My husband and I went to this escape room for our anniversary and it was so fun! The people who work there are fun and helpful took pictures of us. We didn't make it out the room on time will definitely go back and try to beat the time!

Our Game Master Raymi poses with us. He's so cool!

Game: End of Days (A) [20% Escape Rate] 9pm on a Saturday $30 (not added tax as of Feb 2020 when bought online) Game Master: Raymi Host: Hector Time Flexibility: BE ON TIME. In fact, be 15 mins early if you can, they have games to play while you wait. Location: There is scaffolding, but look for a building with a big "265" and then go to the 8th floor. I went with a group of 7 and we had a freaking blast. Our Game Master Raymi was so cool I wish he could have chillled with us during the game. He explained what to do (and what not to) and was just all around chill. We had two members who were late by a few minutes so we had to get started but they did allow them ONLY cause they were just a few mins late. BE ON TIME YALL. They will call you 15 mins before your session. The puzzle itself was actually pretty tough but we were able to get out with 15 mins to spare with one hint. It was a bit dark and I get it's for ambience but it was kinda tough to see the colors for certain things. It was fun overall! You could finish the puzzlle with 2 people but a group you know is MUCH more fun ;) I'm definitely coming back! $30 in the city for an escape isn't bad compared to other spots. Definitely fun for birthdays

Went with the family and had a great time!!! Played End of Days A, great game design! Would go back for other games! Every game is private, that is a big plus! We got out with just over 10 minutes left, woohoo!!

Ask the Community - Mission Escape Games

My wife and I are interested in visiting in early April, and would like to bring our kids (ages 11, 9 and 5). Is that permitted, and if so, what's your recommendation for the game that'd be most suitable. Also, are there child costs?

We love having families visit us! Since you'll be coming together, the children will be allowed entry with no problem. Admission is a flat rate for participants, and the total depends on your headcount.…

One of our group has Covid. But we bought the whole room. The rest of the 9 ppl are coming. Since all the rooms are private no one else would've been sold that space. Is it possible to get a refund for just that person?

Hello! For questions about specific reservations, please reach out to the location directly using the information on your confirmation email.

I've heard that more linear games often have points that leave a few people in the group with nothing to do. Which game is best for a group of 8-10 so everyone is occupied, engaged and having fun?

All team members should work together to solve the puzzles that are in their way, but everyone has their own forte. If you prefer a non-linear game, we would suggest reserving for Carbon:3708 as it has the most puzzles for groups to work once you…

Is there a lot of math involved in the puzzles? Specifically for The Hydeout?

Hi Sarula. There is no need to do math in Escape the Hydeout, or in any of our games!

Which room has the subway in it?

Hi KK! Our current games are action cyberpunk, a Jekyll and Hyde mystery, and apocalypse themes. None of them have a subway in it.

Are the rooms linear? Can you please rank the rooms in order of difficulty? Thank you. Thank you for your answer but to clarify, There are two questions. 1) are the rooms linear? 2) please rank room in order of difficulty. Are there only two rooms?

Hello! We would rate Escape Operation: End of Days as a more linear game than Escape the Hydeout. Difficulty is subjective for every group. If you consider non-linear games to be more difficult, we believe you would find the Hydeout to be more of a…

Is there a room that you can do with two people only?

All of our rooms can be done with 2 players (but we encourage to play as a group since this game requires teamwork)!

    How much is the cost?

Hey Allison! For our public rooms, they are $29/person (but any leftover tickets not purchased by…

Which room is the most challenging?

Idk the answer of that yet they told us the horror one that we did was one of the toughest

Lots of fake blood, creepy clowns, and even some jump scares built in. Definitely use your brain and think outside the box!! The puzzles were really unique. The only feedback I have is some of the puzzles were a bit wonky probably because a lot of people have been touching them so there are things that should be tuned up or fixed. Trying not to spoil so I'll try to be as vague as I can while giving feedback. So there's one puzzle where you have to smell things but everything smelled like the same rotten/rancid smell so my team members and I content differentiate the scents and had to randomly guess instead of actually solving the puzzle. There's another puzzle where you have to turn something but it was wonky from wear and tear and the tracks on them were worn down. Paul was our game master, and did a great job. He also said this room was the hardest one and the scariest one out of them all.

The commitment to the theme is impressive and consistent throughout. Some of the clues are definitely challenging and occasionally a bit unclear, but the overall atmosphere and storytelling make up for it. I've done both the Haunted Hotel and the Jail rooms, and both delivered a memorable, immersive experience.

The guys working here are very friendly and entertaining, and seem to care a lot about guests having fun and asked us for feedback near the end as well. Parts of the rooms do seem a bit dated, and there were certain puzzles that did not make much sense to us even after we solved them. That being said, I think overall they were well thought out and enjoyable to work through. I'm still not sure which room I enjoyed more. I think the laboratory had more interesting puzzles to me, and the penitentiary had a lot of moving parts/puzzles that made it a bit confusing in terms of chronology, but that's a part of the fun of a lot of escape rooms. I would come again if I'm in the area, and look forward to future improvements under the new ownership.

The escape rooms here at OMEscape are very fun, challenging, and a unique activity for a night out. You get 70 minutes to try to escape, and are able to ask for hints if you get stuck. This is one of the more intricate escape rooms that I have done, with unique puzzles that you probably have never seen before. Matt is very funny and plays a good character, and definitely makes the escape room experience way more enjoyable. The price is very worth it as you get 70 mins to escape, while most other rooms I've seen only give 60. There are multiple different rooms to try, so I know if I come back I will get an entirely new experience. Looking forward to coming back here when in NYC!

Sadly, this one was in my own backyard, and probably one of the most disappointing experiences we ever had together. Let me get something important out of the way. The person assisting us was very kind and helpful, so service was not the issue. The major problems lie in the quality of the room/puzzles, and most importantly, the fun factor. Fyi, we did the room for Guardians of Gotham. When they said that there would be no padlocks, I was somewhat happy. However, that meant way too many number codes and that sucked even more. It felt monotonous and tedious. The puzzles were okay but nothing super interesting. Overall, it just felt like we were solving puzzles, but the theme did not come into play one bit. My goddaughters were very excited about the superheroes theme, yet they said it was boring. I hate to say that I agree, but I do.

The clues were not too linear and it felt like our group could spread out and tackle multiple challenges. My main complaint was that there was a bit too much of a reliance on combination locks and it wasn't always clear why some panel would open up. "Did somebody do something?!" The clues were also sometimes too obvious or too vague. When we walked into the room itself I was already panicking as I did not see much to start the escape process in itself. Hardly any book shelf's, tables or doors to find objects. They do mark the items with a red x but it was very unfortunate. We seemed to have been in the corner room which had a real exit door and real elevator which is not the best for safety reasons. With all the fun and excitement someone eventually will try to open them. The puzzle was definitely a lot harder than we anticipated but it felt great when we worked together and figured it out! We did have to ask for clues along the way and they did a great job of not entirely giving it away and letting us decipher it amongst ourselves.
