The pm before the appt, I tested + for Covid, so called morning of, asking would they see me if I wore a mask or if not, could I reschedule. I was told no, I couldn't be seen, and the next appt with Any of their providers would be March 2027-AND that it was possible that I would be charged since I cancelled so late. No offer was made to be put on a cancellation list. To have scheduling staff who so disregard scheduling prioritization for potentially serious lesions and then threaten financial consequences for doing the medically responsible thing is borderline legally reckless and a Masterclass in how Not to provide customer satisfaction.
