We followed up with Fairway to see if they could do anything but were ignored and from our previous experience with them, it honestly doesn't seem worth the persistent follow up. Very disappointing to have paid for high quality porcelain tile floor for the durability (we have small kids and a dog), and a year in it is completely falling apart and looks terrible. The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Justin Havner and his crew recently refinished about 1100 sq ft of hardwood on our first floor. It…read morewas done in two phases so that we wouldn't have to warehouse our furniture during the work. You cannot tell where Phase 1 ends and Phase 2 begins. A perfect match! They showed up on time and worked diligently all day. Justin found a spot by an exterior door where the underside of the wood had become rotted from water leaking in. He replaced the wood without ever mentioning an additional charge. He said that they would cover the kitchen cabinet doors with plastic before we had a chance to ask him to. All doorways and staircases were also tightly sealed with plastic. After sanding, they went over the entire floor with a filler that filled in all scratches, pits, and cracks and also eliminated all the squeaks we had, which was an unexpected bonus! Even though I has removed all the shoe molding, they finished the floors right up to the edge of the baseboards. It took a total of 5 days for the 2 phases and it was all done at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin and his crew to anyone for wood floor refinishing.
