Sometimes when I go, I get someone who massages very lightly and lovingly, and other times, it's someone who takes me to the pleasure/pain threshold. But every time I request an adjustment to the depth of the massage, my request is honored; and I rarely am seen by someone who doesn't seem to be focused on their work.

After shoulder surgery and completing physical therapy, I still had lingering discomfort. Jose quickly identified the areas needing attention. I began with deep tissue massages twice a week, gradually moving to weekly sessions as my pain subsided. The pain is gone but I am continuing with monthly deep tissuemassages for overall wellbeing. Of note: I appreciated Jose taking time following each massage to pinpoint areas of treatment on an anatomical chart and answering all of my questions.
