I have been back and things have improved. There were some customers talking loudly as they passed in the hall, and continued to do so after entering a room. I could barely here the employee but the customers kept on in loud voices. My therapists sensed my annoyance and asked if everything was ok. I voiced my opinion that the people should be quiet in such an environment and she promptly left. I assume she told someone because tranquility shortly returned and we could finish my massage. I thanked her for her dealing with the situation. I feel the massage has improved as well. It takes time for the therapist to learn all my tight spots but she seems a quick study. read more

I went to get a foot massage and I had a wonderful experience in terms of the massage and even thought about buying another massage and getting my husband one for our monthly massages. Unfortunately, the customer service was not great. They have a punch card system and on your 10th service you get a 40% discount. I was told since I bought the service through Groupon at a discounted price, I couldn't qualify to get a punch on the card; since I didn't pay for a full service. I was in shock since I had never come across this in the past with the punch card system. Anyway if you are going to advertise a business in another platform like Groupon to attract potential customers you should better treat your potential customers. Due to the customer experience I received, I will not be coming back and will look elsewhere to book my monthly massages. read more

First time visitor from out of state. Called to book an appointment and got in right away. Massage was one of the best I have ever had and I have had many. I am in town for a martial arts competition and couldn't believe that this unassuming place exists just within a couple miles from my hotel. Pressure was perfect (she checked in frequently) and you can tell how generous and giving the massage therapist is through her touch. Given as a birthday gift. I was sent the Groupon bar code and the lady at the desk said someone else will help me. I tried to show her the barcode but she wasnt interested in seeing it. I wasnt asked to have a seat so I stood in confusion. then another lady came from behind the wall. and asked if I was a 10:30 appointment. my appointment was at 10 am. I said no. I tried to show her my barcode so she could know what I was there for. she refused to look at my phone the 2 ladies began to banter back and forth in their native language while I stood in confusion. At no time was I made to feel welcome. At no time where they trying to be accommodating. so I took that as a sign that I can't possibly expect better treatment if great treatment is not given freely at the door. i left. with someone who took the time to purchase a Groupon gift for me. and she might no be able to get her money back. no good read more

Had a wonderful experience today. Got the $40 combo massage (70 minutes). Started out in the open area with the foot massage and worked on my arms and neck some. Then we moved into the private room for my back, neck, shoulders. I didn't get the man's name that gave me my massage, but he was wonderful! Very professional. Made sure to spend enough time on all of my problem areas. He even used hot stones on my back. I made sure to tip well to show my appreciation and I will definitely be going back! This is the best "foot spa" I've been to get and I don't foresee any reason to keep looking. read more

This was the best massage I have gotten! Rose definitely knows what's up and isn't afraid to dig out those knots you got. I got the option D. Reflexology session for $29.99. It includes a 10 min foot soak, head, arms, neck, foot, and back massage. I asked them to emphasize my shoulders instead of my back because I'm usually more tense there. And my goodness I was not disappointed. Rose hit all my tense spots and even hit the ones that I didn't know were tense. Another customer came in during my massage and got a chair massage, judging from the snoring I imagine he was enjoying his massage too. Definitely worth it and would come back again. TERRIBLE!!! First of all, I've definitely had much better massages in my life. His hands were scratchy, and was ripping out my hair while massaging my head. WTF?! Anyways, I purchased a couples massage for me and my boyfriend as part of an anniversary gift, because this spa had good reviews. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk scanned the barcode for my Groupon and then said "If you want deep tissue, it's $20." The way she said it was kind of shady and right then I was thinking 'Well I don't want a shitty massage', so I went ahead and said okay and gave her the extra money. Whatever. Then we get to the massage room and the girl proceeds to tell me to take off all of my clothes except my panties, and leaves the room. This is fine with me but definitely if you are not okay with that, this is not the place for you. The massage starts and it's decent, but could have been better. They start both of us facing down and about 45 minutes into the 60 minute massage, the guy finally tells me to turn over. The lady massaging my boyfriend turned him onto his back with literally only 5 minutes left in the massage. Then when my masseuse finished my massage, she immediately stopped his as well. This somewhat makes sense because they are both the same length of massage, but she only massaged him on his back for about 5 minutes. However, the extremely mediocre massage is not even what I gave this awful place a 1 star review for. We finish our massages, and as we are walking to the front the guy who gave me the massage is now at the front desk and quite literally will not let us leave. He's pointing to receipts, talking to us, and I felt sorry but neither me or my boyfriend could understand what he's saying to us. Then he proceeds to say "Tip! Where is the tip??" And I'm like surely he's not asking us where his tip is, that is pretty rude. (And I'm a waitress and have gotten tipped like shit before, and would still never even think of asking someone where the tip is.) At this point me and my boyfriend are looking at each other like wtf, and he keeps asking and keeps asking and won't let us leave without tipping, so I just say let me go get some cash from my car. We turn to head out the door, and the guy starts waving his hands all around at us. I could not believe what he did next, but he starts grabbing at stuff I'm holding and trying to take my phone from my hands. I'm looking at him like what the hell are you doing, and my boyfriend tells me he wants me to leave something on the front desk when I go to my car to get the cash. The fuck?? I pull my phone away from him because, uh who does he think he is, and he says "Okay, you go to the car, and he stays in here." At this point I literally would rather rip my nails out of my fingers than tip him, but he seems clinically insane and I'm actually scared he will try and chase us if we make a run for it, even though we have already paid. So just out of worry of being chased down by this lunatic, I go outside to my car to get some cash. I was so angry that we were being hassled by this man, that at this point he's lucky to get the $5 bill I'm bringing to him. I get the cash, go inside and give it to him, and he says "Where is another one?" WHAT THE FUCK!!! Not to mention he made my boyfriend sit behind the counter while I went to my car so that he wouldn't run away. That man was so extremely rude and ruined our experience. I hope you will not choose this massage spa, because not only are the massages not even great, but they treat you terribly as well. 1 word to describe my experience - UNPROFESSIONAL. The guy that made my reservation, was the the greeter at the front who ended up being the one giving me the massage. I guess they were short staffed? I got a combo of reflexology and body massage. For beginners his hands felt like sand paper grinding against my back. As he continued to squirt luke warm oil on my back he put so much oil that the oil was dripping right off my back like a popsicle on a hot sunny day in Texas. I was just waiting for it to be over... but wait... he took out these hot stones which changed my mood towards it all. Giving this place benefit of the doubt, he started with one hot stone and quickly went up to 5 stones stacked on my back, where it felt like he just entered a a rock castle contest. But the fun didn't stop there. After finally taking the stone castle off my back he put a moist hot towel on my back . Not bad you say... 10 sec later his PHONE RINGS! After 3 loud annoying T-Mobile rings he picks up and sits at the edge of the massage bed and continues to speak in his native language. With one hand holding his phone and the other hand attempting to massage my right but cheek with now a cold towel on my back. Hands down this place is a joke and is not worth your time or your money. read more

After I was finished with this place I felt like I needed to get on here and write about this place to kind of counteract the only other review. To start, this isn't the Ritz, but it isn't priced like it either. We walked in and realized in pretty short order that neither owners were all that great at communicating so it was a little tricky to explain to them what we wanted. My wife and I opted for a 30 minute foot reflexology and a 30 minute chair massage and we alternated. They were honestly two of the best massages I've had in a long while, and I'd emphasize the chair massage. It was incredible. There are some issues that almost precipitated a 3 star review, but I couldn't do it because the massage was that good. To start, its located next to a Pizza Hut and its pretty loud. There really isn't much the owners could do about this, so I won't dock them for that. Just be aware of it going in. Also, as I mentioned before, communication is a bit challenging, but it shouldn't deter you from visiting. The owners are very nice, and very good at what they do and the price is right for the amazing product. I couldn't recommend enough. read more

Unprofessional and they did not treat you very professional. 1.) Did not open at 10 am (Should have been my first clue) 2.) Did not ask me if I had any conditions that would prevent the therapist (Used very loosely) 3.) When the therapist climbed on my back using her knees I thought heck no and asked her to get off, it hurt. She did not listen, she was light, but it hurt when she dug in with her knees, I finally turned to my side and she said sorry the used her elbow - worse. 4) And ladies if you are modest please do not go there. I will only say that.. Horrible experience, and when I tried asking if I could not pay as much since I was not happy, the girl said it was my time and you received a massage. The previous poster who gave this place only 1 star must not go to foot spas very often. It's quite common for a foot spa to open at 10 since they stay open late at night which is wonderful for people who do physical work and get off late (waiters, medical professionals, etc). Also climbing on the back is pretty universal especially with female therapists but they know what they're doing and it is very effective. My husband and I have both gone here and had Mae as our therapist who is very very good. This place is a very typical foot spa, so nothing out of the ordinary. It is cleaner than some others and they use gloves while doing the foot massage which I appreciated. Great thing is you do not have to remove any clothing if you don't want to, and they would probably prefer it since it is one big open room. I go in in a tank top and capri's usually, and they are still able to massage my whole back. read more
