I've been coming here over a year and it's my go to place! I love Steven, great massage therapist and pressure. The ladies are amazing as well. I've been here over 10 times now and always had a a top tier experience. I also get a same day appt. Each massage comes with stretching, decompression, hot stones and hot towels. They follow more of an Asian massage technique which is amazing. Always am more relaxed and in less pain upon leaving. CC are additional $2 fee and pricing is reasonable. read more

New Favorite Massage Spot! I'm so glad I found this place! Booking online was super easy, and the location is perfect--less than 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, right off the highway, and plenty of parking. I walked in and was seen right away, no waiting around, which was a nice surprise. The 90-minute massage was incredible--easily one of the best I've ever had. The therapist knew exactly what they were doing, and I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. The best part? It's actually affordable enough to make it a regular thing. This is my secret place. The person that does my hair shared her experience with this place. To me, I like deep massage and the guy there is great! I just hope they don't get too busy to fit me in. I been there several times. Their booking appt doesn't always represent what is really available at the time, but they are quick to accommodate. Yes they have a $2 service charge for using credit card, but they are upfront about it and I think it is reasonable. read more

I have had 2 massages with Steven at Relax and Therapy. Both were deep tissue and it was everything I needed. Steven was very respectful and kind. I read other reviews that mentioned issues they had with tipping. From my perspective the cost of the massage is very inexpensive compared to others so I have tipped over 20% but I am interested in seeing the response if I tip at 20% only. read more

I did a 90 minute massage. The massage was great. I wanted strong pressure and that's what I recieved. Through out the lady asked if the pressure was ok. I appreciate that. The place looks clean and like it gets busy. If you're going to pay with a credit card just know they're going to charge you $2 service fee. read more

Massages are relaxing (if you ask for it not to be hard. Atmosphere is nice. Have done at least 3 couple massages here.

Massage was ok the place is very clean and the ambiance is great. When I paid is when everything turned for the worst I paid 70$ for a 60 minute massage I had no cash so I paid with a debit card she charged me 2$ and then she suggested 20$ tip and I said I will tip 20% which is 14$ and the lady got very upset demanding 20$ tip so I just handed her 3$ and walked out the door!! The place looks clean and organized. The ambiance is relaxing. There are two things I wasn't pleased about, though. I came looking for a massage. The masseuse isn't highly skilled. She has no pressure control of massaging different areas of the body. I never had much uncomfortable pain than her. She almost burned my back skin from the hot stones when she tried to use it and dropped two of them from my back sliding to the side of my neck (I was faced down). Thankfully, I do not have a potty mouth! I do not plan on giving a generous tip. But the two owners were at the counter. Before i could finish what I was saying, they were ready to ask me for a tip! I gave a decent amount instead. It seems like their business is hurting from the way they forced me to tip from a bad experience. Want to prove I'm telling the truth? Try them! read more

We are visiting from Vegas and wanted a couples massage. I was skeptical when I called and they had pretty open availability but we decided to give it a try. Our masseuses were Coco and Julie and they were both amazing. My husband and I get professional "sports" massages often, but also try random spots out occasionally and this is one we will come back to every time we are in the Dallas area. The decor is simple and cute and all of the pillows and sheets are branded with "relax" on it. Smells great inside. Very clean. The facility seems either brand new or just extremely well kept! The technique used was comparable to an expensive massage so the price was well worth it. I could tell my therapist knew where and when I was tight because she would take extra time to work on those specific areas. This massage had hot stones, warm towels and big surprise; incorporated some mild stretching of the arms, legs and hips--a huge plus for me as most places don't do this! If you're in the area I highly recommend giving them a try! Ask for Julie or Coco! read more

This place is complete trash and unprofessional left me lying in the table 20 minutes with the door open and other people walking by. then came back and said time for your feet when you only massaged one side of my body. I didn't pick this place someone else did and I knew walking in it was trash not sure why I even stayed. towels piled high in the room behind service desk should have been my major red flag! read more

Ok so the massage was good but my mood was ruined when i went to pay. I know people in the service industry work for tips but dont tell someone how to tip. I had a coupon for $45 for an hour massage and I figured I would do a standard 15%. When I gave her my card she said "how much tip?". Yeah no first bad sign. She stood their looking at me so I did quick math and said $7. She said no $20 pointing to suggested tip sign. I said no how about $10. I don't want to pay half of my massage cost in a tip. My daughter and I got a massage along with a facial and paid $240. They was in and out during the entire service. After we were done we notice they use Equate Lotion and Vaseline. Once we got to the got to the front desk they asked about a tip. My daughter said NO. I explained about the cheap products used for the service and gave them a verbal customer service compliant about our experience. BE WARE. THEY USE EQUATE LOTION and VASELINE. read more

I originally asked for a 30 min massage, the lady said $45. End up paying $100 plus tip after a bizarre upgrade apparently that included hot stones. No clue on why but, I am a fair person and the massage was paid in full including a tip. This place is a rip off. Go somewhere else. read more
