Great customer service. I did the cupping but she let me try the massages and scraping as well. I felt better after the visit. My range of motion of my problem area got better and the pains in my muscles improveded but I feel that I will need another session after pickleball. Thank you for the pain relief. i went in for a massage. Since I have osteoporosis in my knee, the massage owner said she was trained in chinese medicine and she could fix my knee. She shot small needles in my knee and sucked blood out. yes it hurt and I asked her to stop. She said I would get better. Lucy is doing real, Chinese pressure point reflexology, not just the superficial Swedish type foot messages you get at most foot spas. And man, does she work! My husband and I booked an appointment for the two of us. We thought we would get our massages simultaneously, not realizing she is a one woman shop. When we casually commented on that, Lucy explained that she tried hiring additional massage therapists, but they complained that what she does is too much work and they wanted an easier job (lol). So if you're going with more than one person, allocate double the time! We each got a 45 minute session. Lucy did a nice job bouncing back and forth between us, so it's not like you're just sitting there for the full 45 minutes waiting for your turn. She started with a little time on each of our our necks and shoulders to help us release tension and relax. Then she did some warm up foot massages with oils on each of us, and wrapped the feet in a towel. Then she moved on to the more intense trigger point reflexology. It was painful at times (breath, breath, breath...), and I even had a little bruising after, but man all the muscles in my body, especially my feet, were so loose and relaxed when she was done. This is huge, especially if you're active types like my husband and me! My movement felt a lot more free after Lucy's work. We plan to go back whenever we're in San Antonio! read more

I limped in to Lucy in January of this year(2023). My Plantar Fasciitis was beyond extreme. I had been dealing with the excruciating pain for well over a month. It was affecting everything in my life and I mean everything. My sleep,my job, my mental health, my social life, my weight, my general well being, you name it. What I did not want to do was go to a doctor who would just treat my foot with a quick fix steroid shot that would eventually wear off. I knew this pain was years in the making and it would not be a quick fix. I'd called around to different places looking to book an appointment. Either my call was not returned, they were booked or the place looked very sketch. I saw Lucy's reviews on Google. Only eight reviews at the time but all 5 star ratings. Almost every review used words such as: healer, cares, magic, sincere and trust. Lucy answered right away when I called and booked me in immediatly. Once I arrived at her very clean place of business, she and I talked about my foot pain. Now I was just thinking I needed some Reflexology but Lucy told me the source of my pain was not my heel but my lower back and the source of my lower back pain came from my neck and shoulders. I could tell right away that Lucy wanted to heal me. Most of all, I could telll she genuinely cared and I, a believer of such things as fate, decided I had been led to her. I knew getting rid of this pain would not be a painless experience. Lucy digs in folks. You can hear her exerting herself as she tries to find those spots. Oh, believe me, she finds them. Embrace the pain and breath through it. After the first session I slept a deep dreamless sleep and awoke feeling rested and revived. My foot pain was still there but it at least, felt a little better than it had. I came back every week until Lucy said to wait a month. Lucy helped me understand that everything is connected. 2023 was very tough for me, emotionally and physically. The previous two years, well we all know about that. Pretty sure I have had tension building up in my neck and shoulders (where I hold all my stress) since 2006, when my Mother was diagnosed with Brain Cancer which was followed by her death in 2008. That kind of built up stress does not feel relief in one or two sessions and I knew that going in. In sessions,2, 3 and 4 she did some cupping and acupuncture and some very deep tissue massage including getting up and walking on my back. Lucy does not do those kind of of sessions right off so don't let that freak you out. Your first session is Lucy trying to pinpoint the aggressor of what is hurting you. It's not until she knows you enough to know you are comfortable with those "different" techniques that she will move forward with something like that. After session 3 my foot started feeling a lot better. After my 4th session, Lucy said wait a month. A week before this last session my foot pain was gone. When I walked in after a month Lucy said, "how have you been? I have missed you." I said,"not as much as I have missed you." Lucy not only has knowledge and determination, she has a gift. She truly wants to help you to feel better. She apprenticed with a very knowlegable teacher when she lived in China. He taught her about the points of the body that hold pain and what to do to release that pain. When she says ,"I need to do this" I say okay. She told me in one session, "This (patting my back and shoulders) is a gate. Your gate is closed. We need to open." Folks, my gate has been closed for a long time. It's hinges are rusty. There are vines growing there and it has layers and layers of dirt and rust. We are working on opening the gate and I am starting to get back to where I once belonged. It is a journey. I am not there yet but I know with Lucy's help I will get there. Trust this woman's healing touch. Do whatever she tells you to do. Pay her in cash, if you can, so she does not have to deal with the extra expense she takes on, as she is charged when you charge. Tip her generously because she has earned it. I know I was led to her and I am so grateful to whomever or whatever put her in my path. I hope this helps any of you out there that might be skeptical. Lucy's purpose is to help a person heal in more ways than one. You just have to let her help you. read more

I went here after a cross country drive knowing that my body was wrecked. I came for 30 min reflexology and 30 minutes full body massage. Lucy did not disappoint. She started with a relaxing foot soak and worked on my back, then transitioned me to a cushy lounge chair where she gently dried my feet and started working pressure points. She a bit into the philosophy of "it's got to hurt to heal. After the first few tender spots were addressed, my feet felt so much lighter and the circulation was back, and the tender spots were no longer tender. Same thing happened with my back and the full body massage. The massage did good work. She's on my regular schedule. You pay surgeons not by the hour, but for their ability to perform the right procedure. This woman knows her stuff, her massages truly help me to function better. Lucy gave me the best reflexology/acupressure treatment I've ever had in my life. I don't ever do deep tissue massages or anything because I have a lot of tightness and most masseuses hurt me. She knows exactly where to press and I went in with shoulder pain and came out feeling so so much better. Also I'd never had a facial acupressure massage and the one she did felt awesome. The first time I went, I went on a whim because I'd already scheduled another massage at another place somewhere else that day.
