From the soothing sounds of the flowing water to the gentle background music, they really know how to set the mood for a relaxing massage. Overall a great experience! Masseuse very attentive to knots stress areas on shoulders. We opted for couples 60 mins foot massage & 60 minutes body massage. Everything was clean, & organized. The massage was terrible, I think I will come back to revisit the painful experience: putting the foot towel on my face, answering the phone while massaging, I am just a decoration, it doesn't matter if my bones are pressed, as long as I am alive. I think they must be busy and should stop and rest. read more

Having Plantar fasciitis is no fun. After many years in the military and a lot of miles on my dogs, this injury has been popping it's head up every other year for the last 10 years. By far this is one of the places for foot reflexology and other massage types. You can get the foot and chair massage for lower price or get the full massage. The interior is super clean. The phone is going off crazy like other places. This will be our new go to for massages. I can't recommend it enough. read more

I have come here 2x for a foot massage and most recently for a couples massage for whole body- the entire experience was great both times! The owner is very pleasant. I am a 6ft3 man and the masseurs took their time and were able to massage quite well given my size and stature. The massage tables are nice and comfortable. Was looking for something to do with my girlfriend, with Covid still basically shutting down every date idea we had Yanli's came to the rescue! Way better than expected and for such a reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Their facility is very clean and hygienic which is very important to me. I was looking around for places in the area to get a nice foot massage for my wife and I, then came across Yanli's Foot Massage and I am absolutely happy that I found this place! We walked in and were immediately greeted and taken back to the couples foot massage room. The room was very clean and had a nice vibe for a peaceful massage with your partner! The salt lamp was also a nice touch as well as the chairs! I got a 40 minute foot massage and I must say those were the most peaceful 40 minutes I have felt in a while, amazing massage and they put forth a lot of work and effort on my feet. I happen to come across this massage spot, went in got a 30 min foot massage for $28 that was the most relaxing thing I have experienced. The salon it self is modern and clean very peaceful. The staff is very friendly. After the massage was done I even asked if I can continue and have a 10 min chair massage $12 and when I tell you my back feels amazing. I called the day of for a 60 min couples massage and ended up having to come in 30 mins late and my partner was 20 more minutes late but they still treated us lovely! It was amazing. We both needed it and I will be back soon! We did the foot and body combo and loved it! My only regret was not picking a 90 minute combo massage!Environment was great and the staff was very nice. They had one male and one female and asked if that was alright with us and it was. While paying she did let me know there was a card fee I appreciated that but didn't mind either. Then she started slapping my back and the massage was over. I looked at the clock to find that the massage was a total of less than 25 minutes! When i went to pay, i signed my receipt and the man pointed at the receipt and said "TIP." Left a tip, and he was very upset. He was expecting a tip larger than 10%/15% for a fair massage for less time. Walked out and never coming back again. The place is cheap compared to others but they will DEMAND a large tip to make up for it!!

This was, without a doubt, the WORST massage experience I've ever had. Based on numerous five-star…read morereviews, I had high expectations for my recent visit to Healing Foot Body. However, the outcome was nowhere near what I expected from a place with such high customer ratings. I arrived and was greeted by a lady who was to be my assigned therapist. She pointed out the posted massage options and prices, and I chose the one-hour body massage for $80. I'm used to a therapist getting things started by asking me questions and identifying problem areas in advance. In this case, there was little to no concern or empathy about any of that. Just an impersonal "walk this way, take your clothes off and lie on the table." Unfriendly and very unwelcoming. Not a good way to set the right tone for a good client experience. My session began and it was clear early on that I was NOT in the presence of a well-trained massage therapist. Instead of the lightly applied massage lotion I'm accustomed to, she smothered her hands with it and slathered it all over my back, arms and palms. I could feel the oily residue slowly seeping into my skin. As things progressed, she spent a longer than necessary amount of time on certain areas, and completely ignored others. To make matters worse, her "technique" was not therapeutic by any means. I sensed a very limited knowledge of pressure points, muscle tissues, etc. I felt awkward, tense and uncomfortable, definitely not relaxed. I started to wonder if this would get any better. About two-thirds into the massage, I had to excuse myself to use the restroom. When I returned, she rubbed a wet, abrasive towel harshly over my back, presumably to remove excess lotion. I felt like I was being scraped with damp sandpaper. It's been a few days since my visit, and my back is still irritated from that unexpected torture. Then, as if things couldn't get worse, she finished by randomly slapping my back and legs with both hands, in the most comical way possible. Like a two-year-old splashing in a bathtub. She wrapped it up by passively saying, "OK that's one hour" and then just walked out of the room. I sat up on the massage table and tried to make sense of what had just happened. And why someone this poorly trained, unfriendly and unsympathetic could possibly be allowed to treat a massage client. This was the first time ever that I spent an entire massage session on my stomach. No direction to lie on my back for any front body treatment. Since she was the only one present at the time, I couldn't lodge a complaint with a manager. So I just paid my $80 plus tip and walked out, feeling completely cheated and far from satisfied. Not only do I fault the therapist for her lack of skill and empathy, but I also hold the business responsible for failing to ensure quality service from its staff. Despite my unpleasant experience, I hope others who choose to get a massage at Healing Foot Body have a much better outcome than mine.
