I liked the music and the lighting, and the heated bed. The hot towels and essential oils were a great touch. Cons- the 'recommended tips' seemed really high, and as we left they asked for a tip (which we had left in the room) which I think is tacky and awkward. Gabriella was very friendly and had a good energy that made you feel welcome and at ease. I opted for the deep tissue massage and the hubs got the relaxation massage with another masseuse (I forgot her name, I'm sorry!). The deep tissue massage was an extra $10 and so worth it. Gabriella was able to work out my knots and make my bothersome right shoulder feel so much better. Gabriella runs this business herself so if you are unable to reach her on the phone, she might be in with a client and you can try calling again or leave her a text message.
