If something is not in stock, she will offer to order it. She is helpful with recommendations without being overbearing or intrusive. She also does bra fittings, a dying art. I appreciated Kate's assistance finding my size in a new style. My pet peeve is that the straps do not adjustable for the entirety of the strap, they only adjust halfway. When you're short, have a larger cup size and are relatively fit, be sure to get some help to be sure the straps won't slide. Happy to see the AOL is in extra small in more than neutral colors again! Service should be a 5+ star, I am giving a 4 only because the straps annoy me!
