Went there a week and 2 days ago to get a full set done, the set came out ok - I didn't expect it to be as good as the girl I normally go to but I did go here because she was booked and I had an event. I left feeling ok about the look of the lashes, I did not get a disposable spoolie to take with me which was disappointing and I did add on a lash bath that was never given to me. Fast forward to now... almost all of my lashes are gone. The retention is TERRIBLE. I'm not sure if the lady did not seal it properly or their glue is not good but I take care of my lashes, I wash and brush them twice a day and do not use products with oil in it. When I go to my normal girl they last 4 weeks. Very disappointing and will not be going back most likely. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. The staff is also very unorganized, the girl when she was done with my appointment just said you're done, did not walk me up to pay. I was in town for a wedding and badly needed my lashes done, so I combed through tons of lash reviews, decided to give this Lash studio a try, and I am so glad I did! I got my lashes done here on 10/6/23 by a Junior Master Stylist and I am so so satisfied! I got the 6D Volume set and the lash tech did such an amazing job giving me exactly what I asked for! Not only that, but the lash retention has been AMAZING! My lashes literally still looked like a fresh full set after 2 weeks! I am literally on day 23 and my lash extensions are still holding on LOL I legit still have at least 70% of the lashes and this 3-week-old set still looks presentable! it's crazy LOL The secretary at the front desk was also very nice and helpful, clearly laying out all of the pricing and upgrade options too so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The studio was very clean and also very cold lol apparently it's because the adhesive they use has to stay at a certain temp, but they do provide blankets so you don't have to shiver through your appointment Lol All in all, I had a 10/10 experience and I am really happy I chose this location to get my lashes done! I got my lashes done here a couple months ago. A few days later they fell off like leaves in fall. The front desk was super nice and had my go back in for refills only to have those fall off a few days later as well. I went back and the manager / owner of the place was not as nice as the receptionist implying I was getting "free refills". She allowed me to get refills again with another tech but told me I would have to pay. She did give me a discount. Those lashes fell off within days again and I never went back at that point. At the recommendation of a friend I came the day before my birthday for lash extensions. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the studio. I was escorted into the back of the studio to wash my eyelashes and eyelids of any oils. I met my lash stylist Cash (recommended by my friend) and was escorted into the styling room. I explained the look I wanted and explained a few concerns I had considering some medical issues I've had with my eyes in the past. I was assured that extreme care would be taken during the process. I laid back on the table and in about 2 hrs my service was complete. I was given aftercare instructions on how to make my extensions last. I am beyond pleased with the outcome and my husband was impressed when he saw them. I knew this was a service I wanted to continue for myself so I enrolled in the membership program. This was definitely a great birthday gift to myself. I'm writing this review 1 week after my full set and although I've lost a few extensions, my lashes still look great. If you're on the fence about getting your lashes done, do it and ask for Cash. read more

I'll start with the positives. The place looks very nice and seems clean. Strike 1- they gave me to a new lash consultant who had never done this. Afterwards she keep asking if I like it as if she didn't. How am I supposed to like it if you don't? Strike 2 - they promised me an introductory special of a full set for $70. What they failed to mention is there will be up charge once I got there. I don't like deceptive business practices. Strike 3 - I don't know what kind of chemicals they are using in that glue but it irritated my nose and throat and I had to stop half way to get some water. This has never happened to me when getting lashes in the past. Whatever is in it can't be safe. Which makes sense why you have to sign multiple places saying you won't sue if you have an allergic reaction. Buyer beware! read more

The girl who did my lashes was new ( everyone here is new & new at doing lashes ) I go to the one in ashburn/ manassas and they are great. I had black all over my eyes and my lashes hurt so bad I had to go back the next day to get them all removed. The manager is super nice and went above and beyond to fix it. I came here for my first ever lash appointment before a wedding. I have never gotten lashes before and didn't know what to expect. The girls told me to wash my eyelashes in the bathroom which I have never heard of before but I went ahead and did it. The ladies were kind and I showed the technician what style I was going for and laid done on the table. The girl was flying through my lashes and taking random sections not starting from one corner but didn't think anything of it at first, after speaking to a friend who gets her lashes done she said this was not normal. The whole time the smell from the glue was burning my nose but again since it was my first time I thought this was normal. After the appointment was done I opened my eyes and said that my one eye was burning and felt like something was stuck in it, but the lash tech acted like I was crazy. I liked the way the lashes came out to their credit and which is why I am giving two stars. The unfortunate part of the story is when they started growing out... upon brushing the lashes after a couple days I noticed huge globs of glue and extensions glued to multiple natural lashes. This became very painful over time and caused extreme discomfort. I currently have an appointment at a different salon to have them removed. I hope all goes well with that read more

I came here to get my first set done and when I got there; the place seemed clean and good so I went with it. The staff seemed nice, and I was telling them that I was wanting to use the introductory $99 set and they said no problem we will honor that. My lash tech was nice and friendly, but she was fairly new at it so I had some concerns. As I was laying there, the adhesive started irritating my nose so horribly I could barely breathe and it was incredibly uncomfortable, I thought this was normal as it was my first set and I talked to my friend about it and she advised it was not normal. Furthermore, when I get up the counter to pay, they told me it was going to be $185, no the initial $99 that I was told, I asked why, she told me it was because I got the extra volume lashes, which no one told me that they were extra, not even the lash tech. Extremely upset about that, but I paid it and left. I won't be returning. Buyer beware. read more
