Sunita was very kind from the get go and took me right away when I walked into her shop. She threaded my eyebrows for me and it was quick and easy. I have had my eyes brows done at many places and I am really impressed with how painless it was ( not completely void of pain but eyebrow threading is what it is). I love the shape she gave me surprisingly I did not even breakout around my eyebrow area the day after which normally happens to me. I had very mismatching eyebrows. I had super thin eyebrows at one point. Saru has helped me feel confident with my freshly touched eyebrows. She listens to what you are looking for. This business is ignorant and discriminatory towards Deaf customers. I tried calling them several times via Sorenson video services where a ASL interpreter communicates for me as clearly being deaf--I cannot hear on phones. Once receptionist answered my call, the interpreter identified herself as interpreting for a deaf customer, the receptionist hung up. I tried again, and again, receptionist hung up. This business has great reviews but would not extend their "great" services to deaf customer because they apparently only service people who can hear. read more
