I have had my eyes brows done at many places and I am really impressed with how painless it was ( not completely void of pain but eyebrow threading is what it is). This business is ignorant and discriminatory towards Deaf customers. I tried calling them several times via Sorenson video services where a ASL interpreter communicates for me as clearly being deaf--I cannot hear on phones. Once receptionist answered my call, the interpreter identified herself as interpreting for a deaf customer, the receptionist hung up. I tried again, and again, receptionist hung up. This business has great reviews but would not extend their "great" services to deaf customer because they apparently only service people who can hear. read more
