very unsatisfied . ALS wrongfully terminated my long standing membership I have been a member since 2021. I went out of the country recently and experienced cc fraud . I had to get a new card and deal with many issues regarding this unfortunate event . I reached out to ALS and shared this with them as one of my payments were being disputed . I spoke with Kayla the manager and let her know I was a victim of fraud i gave her my new card info . Today i just found out they wrongfully terminated my membership without any written information . I also found out Kayla never charged me after I reached out to her explained what happened and provided new cc for her to bill me. Therefore, she never charged me which caused my account to be delinquent while she used my outstanding accumulated credits . This has never happened before. I communicate with this studio as to what had sadly happened and they had my new card on file . When I call to speak to management or the owner I am told they are unavailable . I am so sad and shook up as to how this all played out but I am so glad I will not be giving my money to a place that does not care . Kayla made a comment "I was paying lower monthly member ship fee" as I had been a member since 2021. They rather lose a paying member of almost 5 years . Bad business . Very very bad business. BUYER BEWARE. This studio does not care and you won't be able to reach the owner . She also owns the blow out barre next door . I intend on spreading awareness and will be contacting the BBB which they already have a "C" rating . I'd rather spend more at a diff location than ever give this place my business. read more

To start, the one girl at the front desk did not great me but waited for me to enter the lobby and I said Hello, I was told I was checked in already. How did she know who I was?!! Maybe because no one else was in the back or came in after me. Slow day? Or reflection of past business and current reviews. And side note, when I went to pay I was told my appt was more than I booked it for, something about I booked a Master Lash tech, lies.... Then I was denied my brow tint that was part of the promotion. so disappointing.... As for the service itself, I was not given the style of lashes I asked for and about 1/2 off my lashes came out overnight (I followed the after care instructions) I was advised to come in for an "adjustment ", the style was closer to what we re-discussed & would you believe it, all the lashes the 2nd tech used to fill in the previous that fell out, Fell out again!! I would blink and lashes would pop off. All of the lash extensions had fallen out by the end of the first week. I was told they would last 2 weeks minimum. What a ripoff!! read more

At first when she finished I loved my lashes! But when I got home and looked at them in a 10x times mirror there are tons of lashes missing and big gaps. AND they are not placed close to the skin they are like 1/8 inch out ! Which means they will be falling off very quickly! I can see the gaps with the naked eye but I thought maybe they need to be brushed. But no... it was not a good job. I would not be so upset but it cost $298! no good for that kind of dough. read more

At first I was not as excited because it's a different style lash than I'm used to. But have been able to work with the girls and accomplishing a look that I've fallen in love with. Lashes last as long as how good you take care of them. I've seen reviews about them falling out fast. Which is correct if you wear a lot of make up. Are abusive towards them. Sleep on your face. Etc. but that's all eyelashes. I've used amazing lash studio in two states and am happy with the service at both! read more

Always wanted to geek the semi permanent eye lashes and finally did it! And I'm so happy that I did. Mine took 2.5-3 hours to do because I have all of eye lashes naturally and the end result was stunning. I had Kirsten as my tech and she was great. I swear the time flew by because our conversation was non stop! Everyone there at the salon was so nice as well. Everyone knew every answer to my questions, very knowledgeable about the eye lashes, the after care, and pricing. I got the "classic" "sexy" style (that is what is in my pictures) the pics I i posted is me without make up. You have been warned lol No but seriously this was a great place, I will return and I recommend Kirsten to be your tech! read more

So it's been about a week since I used there service and I have to say I'm very disappointed. First I'd like to say that I got my lashes done in Puerto Rico and they were done amazingly!! It was about 3/4 weeks since being back in the state then I needed a fill. I chose this establishment because they offered a special it was affordable. They only allotted about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and 30 minutes of that time for me was used discussing what I wanted done to my lashes and how they were going to remove the ones that were left from the previous service I had. I was then told that I only had two hours left or maybe I needed to reschedule because I was cutting into other peoples time. We chose the hybrid style which is what I had done in the first place and I talked to the owner in Puerto Rico who did them first and she gave them the information on how my lashes were done so they could be close to the same. I also made them aware that I had an allergic reaction to latex so they would use the sensitive glue. I also was very clear that I did not want my eyelashes to become a TickTock sensation because they stuck out to far or they looked totally fake, which they do. I got home and looked in the mirror because the lighting in there is not all that well and realized some of the lashes were stuck to the inside of the top of my lid and not on the eyelash so I took pictures and sent it to them after calling and I ended up having to go back in the next day 9 AM which wasn't even 24 hours after I got the lashes done. I found more in the sink and my face. I also let them know that they looked too fake and this is not what I wanted so again spent another hour with a different tech who I took some of the lashes out to make them better and then I had a bald spot on the left eye in the corner and you can see the white from the glue. Every single time I've used eyelash brush I lost several eyelashes I couldn't even wash my face because once I dried them it felt like paper crinkling and lashes were in the sink. This was a total waste of my time and my money not to mention the special said $89.99 but when I went to pay I was told that it was an extra $60 because I got the hybrid but wasn't told that during the session. Then they told me they gave me a discount of $30 because I was with a master technician and she cost extra money. None of that was mentioned until check out, none of it! Makes me wonder if I got a $30 discount because I had the master technician. Doesn't seem like it. I do not recommend this establishment I'm not pleased I'm not satisfied I wish I had just waited to go back to Puerto Rico to get them done! Also it really doesn't matter which option you choose all the eyelashes are the same nothing different nothing special. I would just save yourself some money read more

I really tried to like this place but every experience was, unfortunately NOT WORT IT. I started with the classic lashes at a reduced price if you sign up for a subscription, like a tanning salon, where they take money out every month. The first time I had classic lashes, which fell out almost immediately. Someone called me from the company two days later to ask how they were. I told them I was having problems almost from the get go. The second time, the same thing. I tried a new style of lashes hoping that would solve the problem. Still the lashes didn't last a week. The third time I had my own lashes curled and coloured. My lashes ended up looking like squiggly wires. I'm pretty sure that's really bad. The last time, yesterday, I PAID EXTRA for an expert, I PAID EXTRA for more lashes and so far, cross your fingers, I have still have lashes, but it's only been 24 hours. I did pay for the subscription package. I will also say that every time I had an issue I was promised some type of "re-do", but the employees seem to travel in and out the door there so, no matter who told me what, no promises were fulfilled. I would also like to say that this is not my first go around with lashes or my first time getting the curl & colour on my lashes so I DO have experience with both these services in the past. I tried to give them every opportunity to make it right, but still I was CHARGED EXTRA. I owned two retail stores when I lived in Chicago for 20 years and I will say the person who owns this business should probably brush up on customer relations. Lash choices are minimal. After being there, I found out about open eye. Which is the lashes I prefer. My lashes were put on well. But after a week they were over half gone. I was told they would last 2-3 weeks. The shop didn't have the foaming eye soap. They said they would call me when they got it in. But they never called. They did text me about buying more services. Bottom line, this is a chain. They don't provide quality individual service. The customer is just a sale.. is just a up-sell to the clerk. I personally wont go back. Okay so this is my first time getting lash extensions. I got a classic set done by Victoria, she was so nice, the whole experience was super calming & chill. I told her I wanted my eyes to look bigger, and she certainly did that! Now only the cons, the two girls behind the desk were super catty and gossiped about coworkers and clients. And it's been a couple hours and I've lost 10 lashes, and all I have done was blink. Literally that's it. read more

I would not recommend going to an Amazing Lash Studio. I have experienced poor quality eyelash application that had to be redone. I have showed up early, and on three occasions my appointment has started late due to unprofessionalism. I have felt uncomfortable during my service on multiple occasions, and would love to share with corporate... if I could ever find a number? And the icing on the cake is the "membership" prices, and how they are really just a scam that has you still paying out of pocket. Go to a privately owned salon. read more
