Went in for removal and polish I got there at 3/15 the close at 4 they said yes then workers kept walking by staring and the guy was very rushed I paid 35 cause I tipped and u didn't end up getting polish cause they all kept coming up staring and the guy didn't even remove all acrylic I had to cut my nails off to get most off and I still have random bits on my nails. I never leave reviews, but this time I have to. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a woman (I apologize I didn't get her name.) I told her I would like a full gel set, and she immediately had me sit down and gave me a wide variety of colors to choose from. My nail tech, David, sat down and asked if I had anything in mind, to which I said just a basic neutral/ pink. He immediately knew, showed me the color, and I loved it. David was polite, funny, and made sure I liked my nails before moving on to the next step. The length was perfect, he shaped them perfectly, and the Color was beautiful. This was the best experience I have ever had at a salon by a long shot. I will absolutely be coming back and asking for David. Thank you guys! read more

I have had dip nails done here twice now and have been happy both times. The technicians here really know what they are doing and don't skimp on quality. I am well aware that nails grow but my preference is not to replace a set any sooner than three weeks. Here, dip nails last and you get your money's worth. Extremely overrated! Got a pedicure and a manicure and never had cuticle remover applied - and now my skin is all beaten up from this so-called manicure. Within 24 hours three of my nails had no nail polish left. It just peeled right off. My toes are terrible! The design looks like it could've been done by a first grader. And, as if that wasn't painful enough, I was left with black nail fungus growing on three of my toes. I am fearful that I am going to lose the nails all together. read more

The first visit I expected to pay $50. I went back yesterday for a fill in. I was asked my color and I told them. They said that it wasn't right and gave me a chart. I chose the same color and instead of a fill in took my nails down to nothing and proceeded the full procedure. She hurt me a couple of times with the drill, and when she talked on her phone, and looked at messages that really upset me. A wasted $50. I've been to Bella Nails a bunch of times and had pretty solid service, but nothing spectacular. Last Monday I went in for a pedicure and the woman doing my nails was going very rough, and I never saw her open a package that would indicate she was using clean tools. The next day, one of my toes was inflamed, and a week after, I'm at the doctors for an infection in my toe. Wouldn't recommend. read more

See Lana (Lan in her native language). This was my first time in this shop. It was very busy because it was a Sunday. But Lana Treated me well. I was able to get my polish removed off my fingernails and toenails so I can let my nailbed breathe after too many nail jobs all these years. My toenails have been fragile and breaking due to health I do believe, so I need more of a treatment then I do a spa experience. Lana made polite conversation and Genuinely seemed to care about my experience at the salon. I didn't feel that she was trying to upsell me which is what a lot of salons do. To bring in extra money. This place is fine for a cheap pedicure, but I'm absolutely done getting fills here. My nails are almost always shaped differently then the one on the opposite hand, either in length or width, and the last time after I left i noticed one on my middle finger was insanely crooked. This time i asked them to fix it and it is still crooked. They also left my nails unbuffed, never asked me to wash my hands so there was dust everywhere, and started putting on gel, which due to all these issues, wrinkled up and had bubbles, divets, and debris on them. Instead of immediately giving their mistakes they just tried to cover it up with more gel. I looked like a toddler had done my nails. I requested that they remove it and honestly considered leaving with just blank acrylic but they insisted they would make them look good. I was held back an extra hour for this mistake, and still completely hate my nails, and they charged me full price. Mind blown. read more

Horrible. My nails keep popping off and no one wants to fix them. I've sat here for a half hour now and people that have walked in after me without appointments are getting taken care of. The girl that usually does my nails does a fabulous job. Now I have someone else and me nails keep popping off. Ughhh. No wonder that they had to down grade down to only one suite from having two. HEED THIS WARNING! FILTHY and UNSANITARY NAIL SHOP! You notice these things as you sit through your service. This place charged me 50.00 for a pink and white gel fill and to add insult to injury-did a CRAPPY job! I did not make it through dinner 2 hours later, before the very thin and very cheap product chipped off leaving a scraggly nail and no choice but to gently buff it out till this morning. I arrived promptly at opening to get it fixed. I was bounced between 2 people for 1 nail fix and not the girl that did them originally. My "fix" consisted of drilling out the corner and applying pinkish acrylic powder on my nail where the white tip should have been and leaving my nail lop-sided. *** Did I mention This Place is NASTY DIRTY!!!!!**** I never observed them using sterilized instruments from one client to the next for pedicures nor did they clean out the tubs with any cleaner, just a rinse with the water sprayer, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
