Worst place Ive ever been to. I used to go to amazing lash every 2 weeks but one time I went I got contact dermatitis! I thought it was from the lash glue they were using but when it got so bad my lashes were falling out I figured I should get them removed and go to a doctor. I get them removed and it turns out I get contact dermatitis from what I'm assuming were dirty utensils. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. I except more from a place that calls themselves "Amazing Lash Studio". Rename yourselves "You will get an infection if you come here". Then they made me pay $40 for the removal and asked if I would like to leave gratuity when I had zero lashes left. If you're considering going here, don't. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This was my first time getting lashes done, no consolation, no rundown of possible outcomes, NO PATCH TEST. She only had me sign the liability form but not the packet that goes over opting in or out for allergy testing. My eyes were burning, swollen, and so irritated that I couldn't sleep and could not go into work. They removed the lashes the next day and stated that the lash tech put them way too close to my eye which caused part of the irritation. District manager refused to give me a refund for THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I understand their is a liability form that states they are not responsible, but this was a miscommunication on their end, therefore THEIR FAULT FOR NOT INFORMING ME. Offered to give me another set but I don't trust them anymore, so what good does that do? There's also now way to get ahold of corporate, or the franchise owner. Hmm sounds a bit sketchy to me! It's mind blowing that this company has several locations but the lash tech's have poor training. This place has pre-made fans, they glue the extensions on 2-3 natural eyelashes, leave glue on your eyelid without offering to clean it up for you. Do your research. I usually am very happy with my lashes. I got a fill yesterday and I can tell that the girl was new at doing lashes. She was very nice and very sweet, but my lashes looked pretty much the same with maybe a few more lashes added. I have been going to the Ahwatukee location since 2021. This is the first time I have felt this way about a fill. She did not really brush my lashes towards the end of the process and when she gave the spoolie to me it got stuck in my lashes and I pulled out about 3 lashes and I get 10 D's. I have pulled out even more since yesterday. I did not have to heart to tell her I did not like it. read more

Horrendous service!! I paid for the mega volume plus lash bath it equaled to $188. My lashes where falling out 3 hours after leaving the salon, when I woke up I had gaps. Every time I blinked 2-3 stacks of lashes would fall on my face and/or blouse. Also, the rim of my right eye had lash glue on the inner part which was very itchy and bothersome to my actual eye. I called to ask for a refund plus a removal of the small pieces I had left as I did not trust their products anymore. They offered and adjusted, never apologized, and the manager didn't even bother to call nor speak to me directly.. the receptionist completed all the reputation. I initially came here as a lash model with lash model pricing so it was super cheap. Of course that's how they rope you in. I ended up signing up for a $139.99 monthly membership with 2 fills per month. So every 2 weeks I had an appointment to get a fill. However, it he workmanship was so poor my lashes would fall out before the fill was due and I'd end up being charged additional because it was now considered a full set. Keep in mind, I work from home, I don't exercise often and also don't sweat heavily, go swimming, or wet my lashes unless they're being washed. So them falling out prematurely was simply the poor workmanship of the lash artist. I kept returning because A) I was paying for it already and B) the lash tech was new and nice so I wanted to give her a chance. Anyway, I wanted to cancel my membership because of financial hardship and b hey told me I'd have to pay an additional $139.99 to cancel my membership. That month they had already charged my card for the usual $139.99 but I had not scheduled an appointment as I knew I no longer wanted my lashes done by them. Months go by where my account is frozen and all of a sudden I get decline notifications from my bank that amazing lash is trying to charge me $139.99. I text them and they basically send me a link to schedule a call back with a representative the next day. I just got off the phone with her and she tried explaining why they can't use the $139.99 they already took from me and saying it's only to be used for services not to be used to cover the cancellation fee. Why not? So you want an additional $139.99 for what?? Decent customer service would see that I'm not asking for my money back, I'm just asking that you use that credit to cover the cancellation fee and all is done and we both can move on. I asked the customer service rep what the process is with them trying to charge my card and when will the acct close on its own or be charged off. She didn't have an answer or was not able to share a specific timeline but said she's seen peoples cards be attempted to be charged from 3-6 months. Why is there not a standard known process for handling inactive accounts?? Why is it so hard to cancel a LASH MEMBERSHIP!?!? I'm genuinely curious why they think strong arming a customer is the way to go about cancelling a membership that I have zero interest in utilizing and never want to step foot into one of their studios ever again. I work 2 jobs and go to school full time. Getting my lashes was for me. It made me feel good. Like I said due to financial hardship I could no longer afford it and it really angers me that no one can override a system or no one thinks to offer it. Once your 10/24 payment is cleared we can move forward with sending our termination form to you. I've also attached your membership agreement that shows our membership cancellation process as well ^that was the response I received from the district manager. I booked a same day appointment at 12:30 for 2:50pm. I had an unexpected change of plans come up and they would not let me change my appointment with out charging me a 24hour cancelation fee of 100%! i booked 2 hours prior, how could I possible cancel within 24 hours!? She said I was sent a text, but I was not told at the time of booking that I would be charged. I was given no advance warning of the policy and no one-time waiving of the fee. I have been an esthetician for 20 years and I would NEVER treat a client this way, especially a new client. read more

So, I went in to get lashes for a vacation I had 3.5 weeks out. The first appointment I got new lashes ( I did not ask for, they give you options, I wanted natural feathering out at the ends) I got 3D which was an additional 25 on top of my cost ? I did say something at the time and was advised that they do it that way because there will be some fall out. After 6 day nearly all my lashes had fallen out of my right eye - it was suggested I was using the incorrect cleanser so when I went in to get another full set at $140 they have sold me on their lash cleanser ?? ( I was informed after the hour 72 hours they could not do anything but a full set at full price) . So 5 days later they were scarce i'm both eyes, again they advised me to come in for fill which I did, she ended up without my permission doing another full set with these 3-D lashes and another $90 plus, advised me that maybe I needed the serum they sold I declined. Not this time I've been charged a monthly fee of $140, ( only 2 weeks out. So at this visit I went in and they used one of my comps but did charge me $38 because of these 3D's. And at this point they told me that your lashes go through cycles and that's probably why I was losing them at that time ‍. I requested one final appointment before I left on vacation and they weren't as bad but it had been 4 days and they still recommend a 39 minute fill ( usually done after two weeks) and again I was charged a price plus an extra 25 for the 3D. At this point I had been to this office and spent over $450 all in 3 weeks- no apology no compensation everything was done at full price and was always my fault- in the end they told me my lashes were obviously not made for extensions??? I had of been through three different texts because they had suggested it might be in the glue? All these excuses so I could pay full price every week ? I have photos to support the situation and I do recommend that this location is not qualified to do anything but ring up your money and make you feel responsible? read more

As others have mentioned they have shady cancellation processes. You can't simply speak to someone. They have to text you info, you then have to fill that out, then they email you a form, then you have to fill that out and send back. It's not until the confirmation email back to you that they will cancel it for you. I didn't hear back after several attempts and all the while I'm getting charged. Any payments are then only usable for a short while so after jerking you around and paying too much they just keep your money. Their customer service is atrocious and you're better off going elsewhere. read more

So I've had a membership with Amazing Lash on and off for a few years. I have a condo here in Arizona and due to the pandemic I have been also going back home to Alabama to be with my family since Arizona State's classes have been remote. I have always taken great care of my lashes. I use the wash and have the sleeping mask. However, my last visit here was a terrible experience. My eyes have been swollen for days and basically all of the lashes have come out. Ultimately, I am cancelling my membership and will be getting my lashes done somewhere else. More than 48 hours later a manager had reached out and continues to deny any responsibility. First it was stated I wasn't getting a refund due to company policy. When I stated I have already spoken to other locations the managers story changed and said that because I denied a patch test I am unable to get a refund. This once again proves this business is nothing but a scam and does not care about its customers. I have never had to do a patch test prior to an appointment. Not to mention a patch test was offered to me to test a regular glue and not the sensitive glue at the time of my appointment. Even if I had gotten the patch test I would have still been charged for my appointment due to supposed cancellation policy. Please see screenshots below for further proof this business is not worth putting your money into. I called corporate and did all I can to stop the charge and couldn't. I just called to make an appt for my daughter and give her the credit, they let me know the "credit" they forced me to pay for expired after 60 days! I scheduled one appointment on 2/26/21 for maternity photos and received the intro rate for classic set. Liana did a great job. However, after two weeks had only 6-8 extensions remaining on each side of my lashes. Unfortunately, their adhesive isn't great. Note they don't accommodate B curve lashes, which is my preference. The C curves were ok on me but I could still see the bottom in my line of sight. I rescheduled with for two weeks later for a different event for 3/13/21 at the full price for a refill (Same price as intro). When I arrived on 3/12/21, they said I was not in the system and had no appointments. They didn't really take responsibility for the mistake. They called another studio to get me in two hours later at their Chandler and Ocotillo location and the intro offer again. I had to get my lashes professionally removed after a tech used too much adhesive and they were clumping and damaging my natural lash. Lash techs are not properly trained on how much adhesive to use. McKenna was awesome and fast. She was very attentive and understood what I wanted. My lashes look like they are actually mine. And, it doesn't feel like I have anything extra on my eyes. I got the classic and I am very happy with them. Destinie was very nice as well and she was helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the pricing. Depending on what you want, it could get expensive. I visited this studio for the first time yesterday (although I've had lash extensions many times as well as other "facial" services like eyebrow tinting, etc... throughout my life, just so you know this isn't my first experience) From the first interaction making my appointment, to arriving & checking in w Jocelyn who was attending the front desk, all the way through to all my 5 Star services from Master Stylist Gracie, I can honestly tell you, this is how all service industry business' should be managed. The website gave me most of the information I needed up front, and when I chose to have my services with a Master Stylist, it gave me several options, from which Stylist, to which day and even showed me all the time slots she still had available for the rest of this week. Now I'm one to always help someone gain experience and as a nurse who was a beginner and had to start as a rookie too, I know how important it is to help those just starting out. But I am attending a wedding this weekend so I needed an expert at this time. After I made my choices online, I received a follow up phone call to confirm, as well as what my final total out the door would be (minus tip of course) But now that I've been taken care of by Gracie, to be honest, I know I'll stay with her. I had an eyelash lift and tint & an eyebrow tint. I do have eyelashes and eyebrows but if you saw me before my services, you wouldn't know it. They were so light, and my lashes were stick straight and so short. Usually I would just pop on some fake lashes and draw on the eyebrows, but as I get older, the harder it is to see and getting ready faster, or not using makeup at all, is finally a luxury I can enjoy. I LOVE the fact that my husband said to me "where are you going all made up?" See, after 25yrs of marriage, I'll translate that for you: "Hey babe, you look amazing. You aren't going anywhere without me are you? Because most days you don't wear makeup, and while you look gorgeous without any makeup on, you really look like you took the time to get dressed up. I got my eyelashes done here twice. I'm not happy with either time. The first time my lashes weren't applied right and started to twist. The second time (this time) she was hurting my eyes. My eyes were pulled to high where the fumes were irritating my lash line, one side is wayyy thicker, and they look terrible. I don't recommend using pre made fans. I understand it helps with time but with quality it's a no no. read more
