This cute & quaint salon is tucked away in a small strip mall in the Safeway Shopping Center. She is so happy; it's by far the best pedicure she's ever had. I had an amazing deluxe pedicure and I chose a bright summer shade. Koi did an amazing job. We definitely will be back. read more

Hooray! Trang is there!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'd called for an appointment with Trang, and either I misdialed or the recent ownership change brought in new staff who weren't yet familiar with every tech, but I was told there was no one named Trang working there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sadly, I went to a different salon but when you get spoiled by nails that turn out even better than imagined - every time - it just wasn't the same.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I stopped in for a walk-in pedi, and there was Trang!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friend and I recently tried The Hills, and while the front desk staff was very friendly, unfortunately, that's where the positives ended.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everything we asked for seemed to be met with a reason why it couldn't be done. My friend requested a simple ombré design, but they said they couldn't accommodate it. I had builder gel on my nails, and apparently only one person at the salon is trained to remove or fill it. Even though that person was there, they told me they couldn't do it that day and asked me to come back--despite knowing I was leaving for vacation the next day. They went ahead and started on my friend's nails while I just sat there, unable to be helped. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The person who began prepping my nails (an older gentleman) was also quite rude, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sadly, despite the salon's good reviews and convenient location, we won't be returning. read more

Needed a last minute manicure before my sons wedding. Walked into a nail salon and could not do it. Called 3 others and they could not do it. (It was actually just a cuticle cut and file, no color). This place was excellent until new ownership took over this Fall 2025. I've been going here for 4+ years. The new owner has completely changed the vibe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She treats her staff terribly in front of customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She jacked up the prices and added new "fees." For example, if you get any manicure service, expect to pay $5 or $7 extra just for shaping short nails in basic shapes (e.g., square/round/almond/pointy/coffin etc.), $10 extra if your nails are long, and $15 extra if you have acrylics (more if you don't get a service). That's just one example of the nickel and diming. Not a good experience for us. The young man who did my pedicure was so delicate, he seemed afraid to do my pedicure. Shaping of my toenails was bad. One foot didn't match the other. Massage was horrible - to the point of being irritating rather than relaxing. Salons: please make sure your techs know proper massage technique. My husbands pedicure was similarly disappointing. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but must be honest. This salon needs to really up their game. read more

I came here for their grand opening weekend and I was super impressed with the service they provided. Everyone is so friendly and it's a local family business which is even more important to me. We all know nail salons are everywhere, but also know finding a good one is the best feeling! My gel mani is still going strong from my last visit and just came today for a delux pedi. My daughter and I came for her first pedicure. We had a wonderful time. She was able to pick 5 colors and they even suggested a sparkle top coat. The pedicure bath was warm and relaxing, the chairs are very roomy and the massage feature works wonderfully. If you want to sit in silence and relax you can, or you can talk to the person doing your pedicure; whichever you prefer. The massage portion of the pedicure was great, my toes look wonderful. It is a very rare treat for me to get a mani or pedi, but my husband made appts for us for my birthday last Friday because I've been wanting to go for a while. My pedicure was good, but my manicure was taken over by the owner and it was very disappointing. I watched my husband get pampered with warm cloths on his hands over lotion or some other treatment, while I got sent to wash my hands, and then dismissed. I was so frustrated that I had to actually ask for some hand lotion and I feel like the gentleman didn't even finish the manicure. In fact he spent all of the time on my nail beds and did not do a hand massage or anything else. On top of that, there was a lot of gel polish left over under my nails that I had to ask to have cleaned up before leaving. I'm glad my husband had a great experience but it was my birthday and I was hoping for that too. I've been here several times in the past and it has always been great, but this trip was rather disappointing. read more

Went in to see dana based on the good review on her. Left after 20 mins because she was still debating on what size nails to use! Never in my times of getting nails have i felt like i had deformed nails and couldn't find an acrylic to fit! Yes i do bit my nails and they are short . Sad thing is they didnt even try to make it right and have someone else do my nails. They lost a customer and will loose a few more when i tell family not to go back there! Cindy took off my gel pedi & then gave me a new (non-gel). Very happy with her service! Making an appt was easy and there was no wait when I arrived (the salon was quiet at that hour, which probably helped). Cindy was efficient and quiet (I brought a book to read & she didn't try to over engage but was definitely friendly when we did speak). And prices were very reasonable. I attempted to do a walk-in for a waxing service during their early hours because their online system wouldn't allow me to book two services at the same time. While I understand I should have called first, the owner's reaction was completely unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation politely, they spoke to me in a deeply disrespectful, mocking manner. Communication from management is consistently rude and unwelcoming. If you need advice or recommendations on services, look elsewhere--they will make you feel bad for asking questions. To look at the positive side, their work has always been good, and the only reason I ever continued to use their services is because of their kind, amazing staff who do an excellent job on pedicures. However, the owners should work on their customer service and treat all their loyal customers the same way. That said, there clearly wasn't a miscommunication, but open disrespect. We both spoke in English, and it is not difficult to understand the word 'waxing'--it certainly did not require sign language to make me understand what was meant.
