I am using my friends yelp account because I don't want to be contacted by the director of this studio or the girls at the first desk. I received a full set here after taking a break. Lashes are not staying on like other amazing lash studios The lash tech left some black stuff on my eyelid looked like eyeliner or glue. I let the tech know but she acted like she didn't see it. The experience of getting my lash extensions put on was a good one! Warmly greeted and totally taken care of. Even fell asleep getting my lashes put on. I had almost 12 hours of beautiful voluminous confidence it was pure bliss. Then disaster struck! I woke up with the puffiest, grossest, goopiest eyes and I had to pry my eyes open. I called amazing lash studio and they said I should go to the emergency room. So I had to take my lashes off :( I was so sad and in so much pain. I went to another location and found out that this location put single lashes on, even though I paid for Volumes twice. There were mostly singles and barely any Volumes. The lashes that we're left after less than two weeks,we're half on and falling apart. Buyers beware!! This is fraud. Lashes are expensive, and since the manager decided to try to blame me for not communicating with my stylist (I still have not spoken to anyone from there) Here's my response to that, I do NOT work for amazing lash, therefore I would not have access to the notes left in the computer to see IF there had been an error. Therefore, when the LICENSED stylist was putting on the too long length, SHE should have known and questioned the length immediately. That's when it is HER job to question me some more. My eyes are closed I have no idea what's happening. So again how am I supposed to know it was wrong. Horrible experience!! i had a membership and was charged for services that were never rendered! i work mon-fri so i only book weekend appointments. i had a saturday appointment which i attended, and somehow the staff booked me for the exact same service 3 days later (on a weekday which i would never book due to work) i tried calling multiple times so that they could remove the appointment and no one answered the phone (i have proof via screenshots) - so one of my credits went to that appointment which i never booked, confirmed or attended. so on the date of my actual appointment 2 weeks later, i was forced to pay again instead of them honoring the credit from my membership. not to mention, my appointment was at 2pm & i wasn't seen until 4:30pm. the manager destiny never reached out to me as promised to issue a refund. the front desk receptionist emmie was very unpleasant. they did the exact same thing to another customer checking out who had a membership credit, forcing her to pay again as well. if i pay $139.99/month there is no reason i should be charged for appointments that i never booked. Very unprofessional & inconsiderate!! I do not recommend this location unless you want to be robbed! read more

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately.. i don't. The staff was very sweet and welcoming, the place was beautiful and clean but my lashes are awful. I showed my lash artist a couple pictures (similar to each other) of what I wanted. I'm extremely particular about what I want and I stressed that to her a couple times. When we were done and I saw my lashes I actually wanted to cry. They're literally nothing at all like what I wanted. ***UPDATE*** i came in for a complementary fill with Andrea and I'm very happy with her work. These large corps don't give a shit about their employees and therefore their employees don't give a shit about US! I paid $90 for a pair of lashes I'm not happy with. The girl was nice but she sucks at doing lashes. When I sat up and looked at them I thought she was joking! My lashes looked half way done. I LITERALLY thought she was sitting me up to show me the progress. I told her "Your not done right? There's a lot of lashes still missing. I feel like they need to be fuller" she then replied "Oh okay, you can let the front desk know and they'll reschedule you." I go to the front and let her know I'm not happy and the girl asked me if I wanted to go back w the lash tech so she could add some more lashes. I kind of didn't want to go back because if the lash tech wanted to take more pride in her work, she wouldn't have sent me out KNOWING I wasn't happy in the first place. She literally said "Oh tell them, not me." But I agreed to go back because I didn't wanna PAY for something I didn't like. I laid back down for ANOTHER hour and they did look somewhat fuller when I got up but my right eye has wayyyy less than my left. At that point I had been there for 3 hours and they were already closing so I didn't even mention it. I'm soooo upset that I paid. It would be okay that I was there for 3 hours but 3 hours for what!? I got my lashes done last week for the first time ever from this studio. A day after, I noticed my left eye had significantly less lashes and my eyes were uneven. Within 3 days, I had lost a significant amount of my lashes. I was talked into hybrids which ended up looking like regular classics and were an extra $60 that I was never informed of until the end. I was given to a lash tech I didn't even book the appointment under and it was very obvious she was brand new. I followed the aftercare instructions as given to me and even used the studio's recommended cleanser and cleaning brush. I booked these lashes a few days before a trip so they would look fairly new and by the time I actually left for the trip, it looked like I needed a fill. There is absolutely no reason why I should look like I'm overdue for a fill 5 days after getting a brand new set. Overpriced and unprofessional. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

I cancelled my membership after the woman who did my lashes did not finish and asked that I come back that evening. About an hour later, I get a call from "Becky" that I WILL be charged because I arrived late to my earlier appointment. Very disappointed!! I purchased the monthly package because that was sufficient and worked well. I had a regular girl that was wonderful and my lashes lasted a long time. Once she left, I had different people each time doing my lashes and they fell out constantly to where I needed to go back for a fill in less than 2 weeks when they used to stay for over 3 weeks. Waste of money. They destroyed my lashes and it took 3 months to get my own lashes to grow back. Then, froze my account for a while and they charged my card anyway after it was frozen They usually communicate through text and kept texting me, I told them I needed to cancel my membership and never received a response back from them. I told the manager I couldn't continue my membership due to finances and also that I was displeased with the constant turnover and couldn't get consistency with my lash service. Had to go back too many times to have them "fixed"!! The manager then tells me that they could not refund me and That I could use it at any time I decide to come in and have them put on again. So right there, I did not felt heard after I just told her my issue with my lashes getting ruined. Why would I I want to go back to them at a later time? This place is a waste of money for below average skills. I would rather pay more money at a Solon who has experienced technicians and quality products that are used. They then called me to say there was an "emergency" and they suddenly realized they needed to close early that day. I usually get my lashes done by a friend who is very busy and always booked so I decided to give Amazing Lash Studio a try since I knew I would be able to make appointments quickly. I went in last night at 7pm for a full set. The lady I had was nice and asked me what style and length I wanted. I told her I wanted the "sexy" and medium length. When we finished she handed me the mirror and while laying down I took a look and they looked fine. I payed and got the membership. However once I got into my car I noticed how short the lashes were. They looked like my natural lashes. Not really what I was looking for when I'm paying for lash extensions. By the time I was in my car they were closed so I wasn't wanting to make a big fuss and figured I would just call the next morning and get it settled..wrong. I was told in order to get them put on longer I would have to either pay to do a removal and a new set or pay $60 for a fill. Even though it hasn't even been 24 hours. I'm going in today to cancel my membership. *update* I was contacted by the management who were very understanding and accommodating. I have been to this location twice and both visits were great. However, when I went back the third time I was less than pleased. I called 6 days prior to make my appointment for a mini fill and not once did the receptionist ask or check how long it had been since my previous fill. Then the day of my appointment I receive a call 6 minutes prior to my appointment telling me that they are changing my mini fill to a full fill per policy. I had no idea what this policy was for fills, which would have been nice to know when I scheduled my appointment almost a week ago. I looked at their website and I do not see any where that it states you must get a full fill if it's been longer than 7-10 days. It simply states that they recommend a fill every 2-4 weeks depending on lash growth. I would have been okay with the change in appointment if I was told when I booked, but not minutes prior to my appointment. I was expecting to pay for a mini fill NOT a full fill. I do not appreciate a lack of communication. If it's a policy it should be clearly listed on your website and stated when appointments are made for fills. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this business. **Update** I was contacted by the store manager of ALS and was able to discuss what occurred during the miscommunication at my last visit. The manager was very understanding and apologetic about what happened. Needless to say I did return for a full fill and my lashes look great. I would highly recommend Emily as a lash stylist.
