The conduct of several staff members was entirely inappropriate and caused me significant distress. Shortly after I was seated, I was subjected to repeated and unwelcome attention from multiple staff members. Their behavior included deliberately leaning in and making inappropriate eye contact directed upwards, as well as bending down in an intrusive manner, appearing to attempt to smell me my attire I am wearing a dress. Despite my clear verbal requests for them to cease their actions, explicitly stating that their behavior was making me extremely uncomfortable, they provided no verbal response. Instead, they continued to approach and observe me, often laughing, which further exacerbated my discomfort and created an intensely unsettling environment. Their disregard for my repeated pleas and their persistent inappropriate actions were incomprehensible and deeply unprofessional. I have documented this entire interaction, including the staff's conduct and my attempts to address the situation, via video recording. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I am profoundly disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism and basic respect demonstrated by your employees.
