This place is located near downtown redlands, loved the location. I got my eyelashes done on saturday , i had scheduled my appointment a week before and everyone was very communicative about confirming and what not. I arrived promptly 15 minutes early and filled out paperwork and they were very nice and friendly and helpful at giving me the run down , as i was extremely excited. I go in close to my appointment time and we discuss what i want and we go with the sexy look with light but loose curl. very comfortable experience , blanket and everything it was all going well. At the end when she was taking off the gel patches under my left eye it was a bit stuck. She pulled it harder and two of my bottom lashes came off ( obviously my own) which caused my left eye to tear up. I asked her if that was going to mess up the glue or anything and she assured me it was fine. I purchased the cleaner and wand as recommended. Not even 24 hours later lashes began to fall out my left eye , as my right is perfectly fine. After the 24 hours i thought applying the cleanser and usuing the wand would help , however it did not as my left lashes are continuing to fall out even tho i waited the proper amount of time and have been using the cleanser. going on day 3 and still happening even though i was assured the left would be fine. I love my lashes but probably will not be coming back or purchasing membership due to the fact my lashes look unproportioned at this point update: they called me and scheduled me for a fix ! worked with breanna i believe and she made my left practically identical to my right! quick and easy process! no hassle what so ever! read more

I used to get my lashes done at my skin addiction skin care for a year but the driving from redlands to rancho was just too much for me with work and school. I decided to try amazing lash studio when they opened and the front desk girl convinced me to sign up for the 6 month membership. She told me I would pay half of what I was going to pay that day and she said after 6 months if I do not want to continue I simply cancel. Well, I had my first session and the lash tech was nice and very talkative but her breathe gave me a headache and when I went home I still had the smell in my nose! I followed instructions and bought the set they recommended to care for the lashes and after 3 days I was missing so many lashes it was ridiculous. I rescheduled with another girl who thankfully did not talk at all but she did a horrible job with the set. They looked all clumped and they are supposed to be individuals! I never went back. I decided to let them just charge my account for 6 months and when the 6 months was up I'll make sure to tell them I was done! Well that was today and I called and I was told although I was explained that by the front desk girl that it was incorrect information and they were going to charge me $70 to cancel my membership. She didn't care that they literally took my money and I never used their service. She didn't care about me being unsatisfied. I asked for a manager and she told me she's too busy with the other stores. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you've had the best service when getting your lashes and know good quality then you will know this place does not provide that. If I could I'd give it 0 stars. read more

I went into this studio 2 week ago on a special for your first full set of lashes for $39.00 with a 6 month contract for $69.00 when I was done they charged me $39 plus $44.00 for lashes they told me the lashes are not included two days later I was loosing several lashes they told me that was normal to loose 3 to 4 lashes a day one day I lost 7. Do not go to this studio there advertisement is false advertisement. This company gets you in there by false advertisement than hits you with extra charges. Ever time I talked to someone in the company telling them my situation there was always an excuse I guarantee this company will not be in business long if they keep ripping off people and the lashes do not last. They also used the strongest glue on me at least that's what they told me. Than one day the girl tells me honestly the strongest glue doesn't work on me either. Never do they make sense just excuse after excuse. read more

Went here for my first set of eyelash extensions. The studio was beautiful. I received amazing service. The staff was friendly and really makes you feel welcome. It's definitely not painful at all. They offer blankets incase you get cold during your session. Overall my experience exceeded my expectations. The lashes are so low maintenance and minimizes my time getting ready in the morning. If your an experienced person that gets lashes all the time, this is not the place for you. I feel like the end result wasn't that great. I've had so much better. My lashes look weird. Also the place likes to sell you too many things. As a business owner myself, I understand especially with a new business you need to have it grow, but my advice is to tone it down on the upsell. Buyer beware. I have had lash extensions in the past and know what to expect. Their first attempt was a complete failure. It looked like nothing was there. So the talked me into a 50$ upcharge for thicker lashes. They seemed a little better so I left. When I got home to look in mirror, a bit closer up, I could see they were a tangled mess and blotchy. I called and they said I could come in the morning for a repair. They signed me up for a monthly maintenance, which they said I could opt out of at anytime. I decided to opt out and find somewhere else that knows how to apply lash extensions. Guess what... they charge you anyway. Be ready to file a dispute with your credit card company. I imagine there only positive yelps are from employees. read more

I really wanted to like this studio but I paid too much money with too many issues to return. I will however say that the staff & lash stylists are very friendly and have great customer service. I had my lashes done on a Monday and by Wednesday one eye had lost so many lashes, I called & asked for them to be fixed which they were very nice & did agree to fix them. But after the second adjustment they lasted maybe 5 more days after the touch up. I did everything I was told, I didn't get them wet or rub my eyes, I didn't even wear makeup. I wasn't sure if it was me or the products until I had them filled elsewhere and they are sturdy & thriving. One other thing I didn't like was how they do not give you a complimentary spoolie especially for first time clients, I was for sure not paying $20 for one. There is a lot of upselling of products which is understandable but their prices on lashes are already inflated. read more

I am a newbie to lash extensions so I was so excited when one of my co-workers asked me to be a model for one of her friends. I said yes w/no hesitation. The day I went in to get my lashes done, everyone at the studio were super nice. My technician Olivia was super sweet and really made me feel comfortable. There was a couple of things that I noticed. One being that she stayed longer in one eye then she did the other. Whoever the last was that kept calling out the quadrants, would tell her to move to a different one about every 10-15 min (there are 4 quadrants on your eye), maybe longer but when Olivia went to my second eye, the lady called out the time for 2 quadrants and then told her she had 15 min to finish up my and and clean up and and a few more lashes. I was so confused and irritated but I didn't show it because Olivia was amazing. When I saw the end result, I was not happy but I didn't want Olivia to see it because once again, she was amazing and plus it wasn't her fault. The end result was one eye was a fuller than the other and my lashes started to fall out the very next day despite the foam I brought to help keep them clean. Because Olivia is amazing and her energy is so positive I want to give it another try. Rt now due to COVID, the studio is closed. But once it opens bk up, I will schedule an appointment. O and FYI, I paid for the $119 membership. Lol, I paid for the membership because Olivia's energy and orah was so great. She made me feel so beautiful and I was honored to be in her presence. 4 stars for Olivia being awesome. 3 in a half for my lashes. read more
