On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. By the time I returned for my fill (after two weeks) there were very few lashes left on my right side and my left side still looked ok. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. The receptionist was very unapologetic. He said I can only be "fit in," but that it would be a wait. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I walked out of the business and will not return. So, overall, I DO NOT recommend giving business to Eye Envy- Lash & Brow Bar. Their reply only proves that they aren't nice people. Cliff notes: The customer service was stellar and everyone was friendly, however the wax was so-so. After entering I was warmly greeted and the woman working the reception was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. I filled out some forms while sipping the complimentary wine, and then went in for the wax. The aesthetician was also very friendly. She used hard wax which I've used before, however this time it didn't pull the hair out from the root, it just broke the hairs. I'd consider giving the place a try again for other services, perhaps a facial, but maybe not waxing. read more

I just got lash extensions for the first time. I had a great experience. I was met with a warm friendly greeting and was offered wine/water. My lash technician was so nice, gentle and professional. The ambience was really nice, they make you feel very comfortable. My technician put a soft cozy blanket on me and gave me beautiful full lashes. She even gave me a hand massage! I got lashes before I went on vacation and they are pretty durable even with all the salt water and pool chlorine I put them through. I went here for the first time sept 8th and got a set of classic lashes put on by the beauty herself Lorreda. She took her time, made me feel at home and explained every step. The first time getting these and I am loving them. I had to go back in two weeks for a fill, (customary after your first set,but get adjusted depending on how well you take care of them to about 3 weeks refills), but really didn't lose that many. I think I lost a total of 5, but I went and upgraded to the hybrid set this last Saturday. I am so please with the service and friendly staff that helped me through my first set. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a set of lashes put on. Lorreda is a master at her craft, I am thankful she opened this shop in Redlands. read more

This place was really great -- They're very professional, with fair (good) pricing, and they know their product. In this industry there are a TON of new, sketchy, fly by night places popping up, and they're not one of them...Although this location is new, they've been around for awhile and they know their stuff. I live in Canada full time, but recently I've had to commute a lot between Canada (where I usually get my lashes) and California so I really needed somewhere down here that was easy and trustworthy to match and fill my lashes when I'm looking sparse. Got a full set of lashes on Wednesday for $175 and had 6 left by Monday. I did everything I Was told to do to take care of them. It was not my first set. Called to cancel my fill & explained why I was cancelling. Only offer I received was to speak to the person who did a terrible job, not even an apology. I didn't want to talk to her, I felt telling the owner was sufficient. He simply said OK I'll take you out of the system. First of all, I live 45 miles away all the way up the 15 freeway and it's totally worth a two hour detoured drive through the Mountains due to a fire on the freeway to get my lash fill done (happened yesterday)...... I was recommended to this salon by my aunt who had her lashes done here over a month ago and I was intrigued how amazing and natural they looked. I've always been hesitant on getting lash extensions cause I'm a stay at home mom who doesn't get out much. On special occasions I'd apply false strip lashes but after a few hours of applying cause of discomfort or the glue giving away. So this is my first experience with extensions. My husband and I were going to Hawaii last week for our anniversary and I requested for any available appointments within a few days prior to leaving. Tyson responded quickly (and on a Sunday). I didn't think I'd be able to get an app being so last minute and from the looks of their online scheduling there were no availabilities; however, Tyson was so kind and willing to get me in before I left. He booked me with Katie. Walking into the salon, I was greeted and welcomed by the girl at the desk (I don't remember her name). I was also offered and given a complimentary beverage right away which was so refreshing after a 40 mile journey and very appreciated. The salon itself is gorgeous, very clean and has a delightful ambiance. I was immediately greeted by Katie who is so sweet! We discussed lash styles and preferences for a few minutes and then she got me set up and comfortable at her station putting a pillow under my knees, giving me a cozy blanket and applied under eye gel pads under my eyes that were soothing and very comfortable. I've heard from others who've got their lashes done elsewhere that other places use some sort of under eye 'tape' and it's the most uncomfortable and annoying part about getting extensions. For me it was so comfortable in fact that I fell asleep about 15 minutes into the session. Katie did amazing. I enjoyed talking with her and she did an excellent job at applying my lashes. To my surprise it didn't take her as long to do a full classic set as I've heard from others that other professionals take. Still she was very thorough and took pride in her work. As she handed me the mirror, I braced myself because another thing I've heard/witnessed from others who've gotten lashes done elsewhere that "it's hard to get used to in the beginning and that at first it looks/feels overbearing" ... when I looked in the mirror, my low self esteem boosted. I've always have had low self esteem issues, especially when I don't have makeup on (which is needed while getting them applied) but that moment I felt so beautiful and also to my surprise they looked and felt natural with some flare. Literally love at first sight. Another thing I appreciate with Katie is that she makes certain that your lashes 'feel' comfortable before you leave that way there's no lashes sticking, catching or poking around uncomfortably. After she was done she gave me the proper upkeep and cleaning instructions AS she massaged a complementary oil treatment on my arms. I felt so relaxed, pampered and gorgeous leaving that salon. It also made my vacation in Hawaii so much better and easier too! I always wear lots of makeup but I feel so beautiful that most days I only wear face powder! Also My husband loves that it has drastically decreased my time needed to get ready. My lashes held together very nicely throughout our whole 10 day vacation and then some with very little falling out. I even went snorkeling in the ocean and they still kept so nicely. The day of my fill came, I picked up my daughter from school and was on my way an hour and 15 minutes early so I could grab lunch on the way. As I made my way through the mountains, traffic came to a complete stop for 30 minutes because the freeway shut down due to a fire that just started. I called and spoke to Tyson as I sat in stop and go traffic. I said that I may be on time or a few minutes late in which Tyson was very understanding made me way less stressed out assuring me that they will be completely ok with me getting there when I make it. I think most people in my situation would've rescheduled, which Tyson graciously asked if I wanted to do, but I was determined to get there because I didn't have any available dates within the several days after that and I wanted to keep my lashes looking as great as possible. I ended up taking a detour that got me there 2 hours past my appointment time. As I walked in I was still met by Katie, Larreda & Tyson with warm, welcoming smiles, a complementary beverage, fun conversation and another relaxing enjoyable visit to Eye Envy.
